Chinese national music is a treasure in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and Chinese national songs are an important part of it.In recent years,the emphasis on traditional culture has risen to the national level.Under such an era,the inheritance of Chinese folk songs has become inevitable.The best way to pass on is education,and the best time to educate is in childhood.Therefore,we should carry out the educational activities of Chinese folk songs from childhood and promote the inheritance and development of Chinese folk songs from two ways: school music education and social music education.The author has had teaching practice in both the school music education and the social music education.Through the summarization of his accumulated experience,he completed the research of the thesis.This paper investigates the teaching of Chinese folk songs in the primary school music class and the teaching in the vocal music class in social music education institutions.It analyzes some of the textbooks that are exposed during the process of children's vocal music learning and explores the school's the similarities and differences between the two vocal classes in the society,and a questionnaire survey and case analysis,are intended to study how to better carry out the educational activities of Chinese folk songs in the teaching of children's vocal music.
