Taking Liang Qichao's discussion on the relationship between speech and writing as the main research object,this paper focuses on Liang Qichao's reflection and amendment to the May 4th vernacular movement in order to fully understand the theoretical background and concrete practice of his proposition of "the unity of speech and writing".This paper attempts to excavate the unique significance of Liang Qichao's ancient and modern literary transformation period,analyze the existing mode of traditional culture in modern times,and restore the overall situation of literary development.This paper is composed of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part first gives a brief introduction to the historical relationship between Chinese ancient words and texts,expounds the present situation of Liang Qichao's literary thought research as a whole,explains the evolution angle of ancient and modern literature studied in this paper,and gives a brief explanation of the research ideas of this paper.In the first chapter,Liang Qichao's theoretical background of "unity of words and texts" is analyzed.This chapter mainly discusses Liang Qichao put forward the idea of "unity of words and texts" in the relationship between the period of restoration and transformation.Because of the need of enlightening people's wisdom and the Theory of literary evolution,Liang Qichao realized that the situation of "separation of words and texts" in the late Qing Dynasty was no longer suitable for the Enlightenment work,so he made the choice of the literary road of "unity of words and text".The second chapter,Liang Qichao "unity of Words and text" of the practical characteristics.This part mainly discusses the concrete practice of Liang Qichao's proposition of "unity of words and texts",and analyzes the uniqueness of Liang Qichao's "unity of words and texts" through the comparison with Huang Zunxian literary propositions,which lies in the importance of literary subjectivity,presents a kind of Liang Qichao compatible style,and analyzes the influence of Liang Qichao's proposition of "unity of words and texts" on.The third chapter,the reflection of Liang Qichao's literary relationship and itstheoretical gain and loss.This chapter mainly discusses Liang Qichao's reflection on the relationship between words and Wusi during the period of the new Culture movement,and under the model system that Hu Shi and other new cultural students put vernacular and vernacular in a dualistic opposition,Liang Qichao corrected and reflected on vernacular creation,and put forward the theory of Vernacular harmony:language compatible with vernacular and literary;Style will be the traditional aesthetic and personality cultivation internalized into "emotion." And standing in the position of Chinese culture through ancient and modern times,to reassess the theory of "unity of words and text",reasonable positioning of Liang Qichao's position in the exploration period.In the conclusion part,the proposition of Liang Qichao's "unity of words and texts" is promoted by the present view,and his reflection on the relationship between words and texts also embodies the modern value of the literary language.
