In today's competitive and stressful society,why do some people can easily face the pressure of some people but a mess? Some people pay attention to the results of stress and some pay attention to the stress events themselves,so how to deal with stress events better? Studies have shown that this is closely related to the psychological coherence of the core concepts of the health model.In this study,psychological coherence was the main research content.Adult groups over 18 years old were selected and divided into 6 age groups(18-25 years old,26-35 years old,36-45 years old,46-59 years old,60-70 years old).,70 years old or older)Exploring the age development trajectory and characteristics of psychological coherence from the perspective of life development,the influence of demographic variables on it,and the relationship between analysis and social support,coping style,and psychological resilience,exploring psychological coherence The influencing factors provide relevant support for the development of individual psychological coherence,and promote the ability to face stress between adult and elderly groups to promote the development of individual mental health.The study used the psychological coherence scale,the social support scale,the psychological resilience scale,and the coping style scale to collect data for adult and elderly people in Shanghai.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The sense of psychological coherence with the development of age in the age of 45-59 years of adulthood reached the peak of development,and gradually entered the age of 60 years old and gradually reduced.2.Demographic variables have less influence on psychological coherence,and age affects psychological coherence.3.Social support,psychological flexibility,and positive response to psychological coherence have extremely significant predictive effects.That is,subjective support,support utilization,optimism,resilience,and positive response have positive predictive effects on psychological coherence.4.Social support influences psychological coherence through the intermediary role of psychological flexibility.Psychological resilience plays a mediating role between subjective support and psychological coherence,and plays a mediating role between supportive use and psychological coherence.
