A Study On The Intervention Of Group Counseling On High School Students' Subjective Well-Being

This study tries to explore the effect of group psychological counseling on high school students' subjective well-being through the form of group psychological counseling and the training method advocated by positive psychology. The ordinary high school sophomore students were chosen as subjects, after the group psychological counseling, whether the high school students' subjective well-being will be improved.In this study, the experimental group and the control group were selected, and the experimental group and the control group were studied by pre-test, post-test and post-experimental follow-up. Before the group counseling activities, the experimental group and the control group were tested , and then the experimental group will participant in the group counseling activities 8 times,the control group did not, after the end of counseling,The two groups of subjects were measured respectively , and the differences between two groups were compared. Three months after,there is a follow-up test for the experimental group, The aim of the follow-up test is to understand the persistence of experimental results. This experiment is selected by Zhang Xinggui (2003)prepared by the "Youth Student Life Satisfaction Scale" to measure.In this study, the data obtained were analyzed using Spss19.0. The results show:1.through the experimental group and the control group before the test results analysis, the experimental group and the control group life satisfaction score, the dimensions do not exist significant differences in the group counseling before the two members of the same quality.2.Life satisfaction of the experimental group before and after measurement variance analysis shows that life satisfaction score, friendship satisfaction dimension achieve significant difference level (p < 0.05); School satisfaction,academic satisfaction dimensions differ significantly (p < 0.01). Family satisfaction, satisfaction, and environmental freedom satisfaction dimensions measured before and after difference was not significant (p > 0.05).3.For up to three months after completion of the experimental group and auxiliary tracking measurement, variance analysis showed that life satisfaction score, scored six dimensions, after tracking measurement and experimental test there was no significant difference (p > 0.05), showed the group guidance to group the subjective well-being of intervention effect is good.
