Study On The Coupled And Harmonious Development Of Tourism Industry And Cultural Industry In Baoding City

Tourism industry and cultural industry are closely related and highly coupled.With the rapid development of tourism industry and cultural industry and the integration of culture and tourism from institutions to industries,it is of great significance to study the coupling and coordination relationship between the two industries for controlling the speed of industrial development,optimizing the industrial structure and determining the direction of industrial development.During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,the development of Baoding's cultural industry has made remarkable achievements.The development of tourism industry has changed from high-speed mode to high-quality mode,which will soon become the pillar industry of the city's economic development.The establishment of Xiongan New Area,a thousand-year plan,has a profound impact on the development trend of Baoding's tourism industry in the future.Under this background,it is of great significance to study the coupling coordination degree of tourism industry and cultural industry development in Baoding and to investigate the living conditions of residents in Baoding and their demands for industrial development.for enriching the application of the coupling coordination theory in tourism industry and guiding the future development direction of Baoding's industry.Based on the coupling coordination degree model and the actual situation of Baoding's industrial development statistics,this paper screens out 16 indicators and establishes the coupling coordination evaluation system of tourism industry and cultural industry in Baoding.Secondly,the status quo of tourism resources and industries,cultural resources and industries in Baoding City is analyzed in detail.On this basis,by calculating the comprehensive development level,coupling degree,coupling coordination degree and synchronization of tourism industry and cultural industry in Baoding City from 2009 to 2017,it found that before 2016,the overall development level of tourism industry in Baoding City is on the rise,and the overall development level of cultural industry is in a downward trend.After 2016,tourism industry and cultural industry have developed obviously.From 2009 to 2017,the degree of coupling between the two industries was in a high level,but the degree of coupling coordination was low,and there are three obvious stages: from 2009 to 2012,the degree of coupling coordination continues to rise,from slight imbalance to reluctant coordination;from 2012 to 2016,the degree of coupling coordination continues to decline,from reluctant coordination to slight imbalance again;from 2017,there is a rebound,back to reluctant coordination.Combining with the calculation results of synchronization,it is concluded that there are two problems in Baoding City,one is the low degree of coupling and coordination between tourism industry and cultural industry,the other is the relatively lagging development of cultural industry.According to the results of quantitative research,aiming at the relatively lagging development of cultural industry in Baoding,this paper further uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the consumption market of cultural industry in Baoding,and finds that the respondents have a long cultural life,high consumption and various types of cultural consumption.There is a strong market demand for cultural consumption in Baoding,but the cultural supply is insufficient.People most expect to increase theatres,concert halls,performance venues and literary and artistic performances.Based on the results of research and investigation,this paper puts forward suggestions on the coordinated development of Baoding's future tourism industry and cultural industry from the perspective of government and market.It is necessary to improve relevant policies and top-level design;improve industrial supply to meet the needs of the people;foster new formats to promote cultural and tourism integration;tap cultural resources and cultivate well-known brands;enrich cultural connotations and improve tourism experience and so on,in order to promote the coordinated development of tourism industry and cultural industry in Baoding.
