Research On Business Plan Of Creative Service Platform Project For Copper Culture Industry Of Huaxia Tongcheng Co.,Ltd

At present,creative industry(CI hereafter)has seen a fast growth,where these advanced countries such as UK,USA,Japan,Australia and Singapore all take CI as a national strategy.With characteristics of “low cost,low energy consumption and low pollution” and of “high innovation,high added value and high profit”,CI is becoming the pivotal industry in many countries.According to data of Chinese Association of Cultural Industries,China has now more than 3000 entrepreneurial firms of bronze culture,which controls more than 90% of the resources in bronze artifact.Meanwhile,a number of problems have emerged in the development of these bronze culture firms,e.g.lack of depth and width in regard to vertical platform formation,low efficiency of creative industry operations,having no original products of proper intellectual right,creative and added value,and influence and diffusion potential,having not formed a coordinated market development mechanism and lack of brand promotion impact.Against these significant issues of bronze culture industry development,Huaxia Tongcheng Co.,Ltd.has envisaged to construct a Bronze Culture Creative Industry Service Platform.This project has it as its principal aim to construct a vertical resource platform,where by integration the advantageous resources of bronze culture stakeholders such as government,university,firm,research institute as well as industrial associations,so as to build a professional think tank,a resource integration platform and city asset growth platform for bronze culture and creative industries.Thus,the project will conduct relative analysis of a business plan in terms of business model,market analysis,and operation strategy,which constitutes the main theme of this dissertation.By way of literature,market survey and case study,and based on theories of vertical platform,industrial chain integration,competitive strategy,marketing and finance management,this dissertation conducts analysis on such key factors as business model design,market demand and marketing strategy,financing,risk control and operation management,which forms a scientific research on the innovative development of this project both in depth and with academic rigor.The dissertation finally proposes a development model of “vertical development,full industry chain operation,brand building and scientific management” so as to realize an effective integration of creation,R & D,manufacturing,and service of cultural creative industry.The dissertation of business plan in bronze culture creative industry has a two-sided result.On one hand,it explores the business value and operation model of the project with scientific,innovative and normative approaches to guarantee the sound and sustainable development of the project and to provide scientific assurance of investors' concerns.On the other hand,the dissertation,with its research outcome in terms of full industry chain integration for a cultural creative industry project,can be of useful reference and guidance for other cultural creative industries and entrepreneurial firms.
