Research On Illustrated Ethnic Records In Guizhou Province From The Qing Dynasties To Republic Of China

Historically,there were many ethnic groups in Guizhou which were recorded to a certain extent in the literature of the past.However,the written records can not directly describe the life scene of ethnic groups directly.With the adjustment of the territories in the Qing dynasty,the specific life scene of various ethnic groups in Guizhou have gradually become familiar to the mainland literati,and many related images have been produced.The content is in the form of a picture,and each figure is followed by a brief text or poem to explain,to introduce the history of ethnic groups,the relationship with the dynasty,economic production,cultural practices,etc.This use of pictures to record the situation of the ethnic groups in various places,the author called it the illustrated ethnic records.According to this definition,some literature published from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China such as "WuXiMan TuZhi",Kangxi's "Guizhou Tongzhi" volume 30 "Man Liao"," Royal Tribute Picture of Qing Dynasty" volume eight "Guizhou Zhuyi","Bai Miaotu","Miao investigation report ",Guizhou BianBao FengXi Xie Zhen",are precious materials for studying the history of ethnic history and relations in the province,which has aroused the attention of the academic circles.Therefore,combing and studying such information has positive significance for studying the history of southwestern ethnic groups,the history of ethnic relations,and the history of southwest China.In order to study this issue in depth,this paper intends to systematically study the national image of Guizhou from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China from the following six chapters.Chapter ? Introduction.Introduces the reasons for the selection of this thesis,reviews the domestic and foreign research results of Guizhou ethnic groups,and points out the significance and difficulty of this research.Chapter ? Overview of illustrated ethnic records in Guizhou.It reorganizes the "Wuxi Mantu",Kangxi "Guizhou Tongzhi" volume 30 "Man Liao","Royal Tribute Picture of Qing Dynasty " volume eight "Guizhou Zhuyi","Bai Miaotu" and "Miao investigation report ","Guizhou BianBao FengXi Xie Zhen",about its' historical background,version overview,and basic content,reveal the importance of conducting research on it.Chapter ?
