China's safety production situation is getting even worse,and production accidents are gradually increasing.In the complex "human-machine-environment" system,the reliability of the equipment is continuously enhanced,and the operating environment has been greatly improved.However,there are still more and more accidents,due to the difficulty in controlling physical,psychological,social and spiritual aspects of human beings.A large number of literatures show that psychological problems are the main cause of human accidents.Psychological counseling is an effective solution,but when faced with psychological problems,the proportion of people who choose psychological counseling is small.This paper summarizes the outcomes of psychological problem researches by scholars at home and abroad: psychological problems are easy to spread,and it may cause employees to commit unsafe behaviors by affecting their mental health and physical health,which will have a negative impact on enterprises,including not only the accident rate,absence and productivity,but also the fires and explosions.Therefore,from the perspective of human factors,this paper conducts intervention research on individual psychological counseling behaviors to prevent and control unsafe behaviors of employees.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part relies on the structural equation model to establish a model that affects the psychological counseling behavior of employees in manufacturing enterprises,and explores the path and impact factors that affect psychological counseling behavior.The second part proposes conutermeasures aimed at the impact factors of psychological counselings of employees in manufacturing enterprises.The simulation model of psychological counseling behavior is constructed by Vensim system dynamics simulation software.Through simulation,the intervention effect of different countermeasures on psychological counseling behavior is obtained.The third part is to carry out two countermeasures above in M company at a span of two seasons.The quarterly intervention compares the initial state with the post-intervention state and verifies the practical significance of the model.Through the structural equation model,the model that affects the psychological counseling behavior of employees is obtained,and the countermeasures are proposed.The system block diagram,causal loop diagram and combined intervention system stock diagram of employee psychological counseling behavior are obtained by combining system dynamics.Through simulation,different predictive diagrams of psychological conselling behavioral interventions aimed at different countermeasures are obtained.The simulation prediction results show that the intervention countermeasures are optimal when intervention intensity is increased by 20%;The intervention strategies ranked positively by effect are as followed,support of relatives,improvement of task clarity,popularization of psychological counseling knowledge,optimization of task arrangement,understanding of friends and colleagues,and clear responsibilities,psychological counseling,and leadership recommendations;After two quarters of intervention in M,the number of psychological counselors increased by 13.04%,and the total number of psychological impact factors causing unsafe behavior among employees decreased by 354,verifying that these countermeasures can directly reduce psychological problems of unsafe behavors,which indirectly prevents and controlls unsafe behavior of employees.
