Study Of Knives In Hexi Corridor In Han, Wei And Jin Dynasties

Knives are an indispensable tool in eating and drinking,reflecting the local food culture to a certain extent.A large number of knives were unearthed from the Hanwei Jin tombs in the Hexi Corridor,which provided us with a wealth of physical materials for studying the eating utensils at that time.Combining with the handed-down literature and the contents of the mural brick dietary activities in the tombs,we can understand the types and functions of the dietary knives in Hexi corridor of han,wei and jin dynasties,and further explore the dietary structure and dietary culture of Hexi Corridor in the Han,Wei,Jin Dynasties.The Hexi Corridor,with its special geographical location,is the hub connecting the Central Plains Dynasty and the minority tribes.Under the influence of the blending of Hu and Han,the catering culture has its own characteristics.Up to now,most of the research on unearthed dao in gansu by senior scholars focuses on the pre-qin bronze dao,and the research focuses on typological analysis.The diet dao in the han,wei and jin dynasties barely involves.The focus of the research is on typological analysis.The diet knives in the Han,Wei and Jin dynasties were hardly involved.The article first defines the time and space of the study,and defines the specific concepts of the diet knives,and clarifies the connotation of the diet knife in the Jinwei West Corridor.Through the retrieval of the physical knives unearthed from the tombs of the han,wei and jin dynasties in dunhuang,jiayuguan,jiuquan,gaotai and wuwei,the number of the knives unearthed from the hexi corridor of the han,wei and jin dynasties were counted,and the typological analysis was carried out according to the specific changes of the body shape and system.Hexi Corridor is located in the intersection of farming area and nomadic area.The regional environment creates the unique dietary style.Based on the dietary structure and cooking style of the Hexi Corridor in the Han,Wei,Jin and Jin Dynasties,this paper analyses the decisive factors in the selection of the dietary knife shape in the Hexi Corridor,in order to analyze the dietary cultural factors contained in the dietary knife in the Hexi Corridor in the Han,Wei,Jin and Jin Dynasties.
