Since the middle of the Ming dynasty,a large number of immigrants from the mainland had entered the Turned region of Guihuacheng. After entering Qing, the Qing government adjusted the policy of prohibitions on land release in Mongolia. In the eighth year of emperor Qianlong's reign, the government allocated the land for registered permanent residence and made an exact measurement and assart the land in Mongolia in the late Qing and Republic of China, which enhanced people's concept of land ownership.By comprehensive analysis of land contract documents,it can be found that on the basis of special land policies and local social reality, mongolians and people in Republic of China have created the traditional contract text with regional characteristics, land transaction mode and dynamic structure of land rights with"fusion in adaptation, innovation in reference",which is mainly reflected in three aspects:the integrity and flexibility of the tenancy system, the particularity of the relationship between the pawn and debt, and the complexity of the land ownership structure in the land transaction.
