Qaracin area is located in the most southern region. Because of superior environment andspecial geography, at the first time, this area has experienced the process of immigration affairwhich is the basic reason for the society change in eastern Inner Mongolia Since the middletime of Qing dynasty. And it becomes the pioneer or model of agricultural process in easternInner Mongolia or whole Inner Mongolia.. These affairs of opening up wasting land,immigrating, and the formatting of small villages caused the enormous variety in traditionalnomadic society in Qaracin area.This kind of variety involves the nationality population, economic form, and the landrelation etc, and also involves the Mongol Khushu's system, society structure, grass-rootssociety organization and the economic life etc. Several 100,000 Mongols in Qaracin areaexperienced the complicated but difficult life at this time. They became crowds of people whoaccepted the challenge earliest in the process of changing animal hunbandary into agriculture.Their immigrating activity broke down the Qing dynasty's rule about "regional blockade"inKhushu and "personal blockade" in Sumu, and influenced the emigrated and immigratedareas. For emigrated area, it broke down the Sumu's traditional system.. For Immigrated area,it pushed the agricultural process in eastern Inner Mongolia, so that the agricultural people ineastem Inner Mongolia were called "oyudung mongγol" or "Qaracin mongγol".Basing on the other people's research, making use of Mongolian text file andinvestigating report, this paper studies the Qaracin area, where has experienced theagriculturel affair much earlier and it was also the agricultural typical area since Qing dynasty.Seizing on the basic clue of Mongolian Khushu, Khushu's system, the author studies andanalyzes Khushu's system in Qaracin and Khushu's Mongol, So that the author wants tochange the research method of society history in Khushu mainly from the externalobservation. The full paper is constituted of four parts: preface, text, conclusion andappendix. In the preface, the author introduces the range of research and its choosing meaning,the present research, researching contents and the historical data etc. In Chapter One, shestudies the development of social system, including Sumu system, quantity of Sumu in Qaracin three khushu, reduction of population and its influence, the change of Mongol societyin Sumu from shi zhang to tun da to bao jia system, and the Taiping agency in united villagesetc. In Chapter Two, she researches the administrational and judicial system in Qaracin areasince agricultural affair happened. She studies the village where Mongol and Han livetogether, the judicial management of Han and Mongol and other people, and the local directoretc. Then researches its antinomy and irregularity. In Chapter Three, she researches the newphenomena about tax and bestowing silver in Bagou and Tazigou in Qaracin khushu. Thenanalyses the Mongolian poor life in these areas. In Chapter Four, she studies the state of theQaracin Mongol society, including albatu and Sumu alba, poor life of Qaracin Mongol,disaster and relief, changes of life style etc. In the end of the part, she sums up the socialvariety in Eastern Inner Mongolia in the middle period of Qing dynasty, and then brings upthe resolving problem.
