National festivals are important carriers of national culture.Spreading national culture is not only related to the survival of a nation,but also related to the future of a country.People are paying more and more attention to the protection and inheritance of national culture.As the only Marine nationality in China,the Jing nationality has unique cultural charm.In 2006,the Ha festival of the Jing nationality was included in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage in China.Era for the development of national culture gives a new connotation,the progress of technology provides a new path for the spread of national culture.However,minority festival culture spread faces subject not clear,content homogeneity,transmission channel and utilization of unreasonable,lack of audience,the plight of poor communication effect.Choosing the Ha festival of the Jing nationality as an example,by field investigation and questionnaire to collect first-hand research data,in-depth interpretation of the contents,the use of Lasswell "5 W" theory,combined with knowledge of ethnology,semiotics,analyses the festival culture in the spread of problems encountered in the course of,Specific strategies are put forward to clarify the subject of communication,innovate the content of communication,rationally utilize the communication channels,cultivate the audience of national culture and improve the communication effect,so as to make a beneficial exploration in the research on the communication of minority festival culture and provide new ideas for the inheritance and development of minority culture.
