HanZi is the written form in Chinese,and it has a history of thousands of years.We are still in use today.Chinese characters reflect China's history and culture.Almost every word contains a story.As a symbol of Chinese culture,Chinese characters attract foreign Chinese learners deeply.As a kind of Ideogram which is different from the Phonetic characters,Chinese characters are also a big problem for foreign Chinese learners.The students of-Burundi University Confucius Institute also had a variety of biases in writing Chinese characters.Under the guidance of the error analysis method.the author collected a Chinese character writing test and evaluation materials for all Chinese students of different Chinese languase levels in the Burundi University Confucius Institute,and then classifies these Chinese writing errors.The author analyzes the causes of Chinese writing errors from objectively and subjectively aspects,and finally gives the teaching countermeasures for Confucius Institute teaching and teacher teaching.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the origin of the topic and the meaning of the topic,and summarizes the research status of the writing errors of Chinese characters,and finally determines the research method.The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of Confucius Institute at Burundi University and the current situation of Chinese character teaching.The third part introduces the basic information of Chinese character writing assessment and survey objects,and then designs and conducts Chinese writing test and questionnaire.The fourth part counts the collected Chinese character writing test materials and classifies these.The fifth part analyzes the causes of Chinese character errors from the subjective and objective aspects by studying the Chinese character writing test materials and questionnaires.The sixth part is aimed at the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese characters and the significant errors of students at each stage.The author gives the feasible teaching strategies from the perspectives of Confucius Institute teaching and teacher teaching.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text and expounds the shortcomings of this paper.
