Research On The Economic Management Thought System Of Pre-Qin Period

The economic management thought of the Pre-Qin period is an important part of Chinese traditional culture and had endless vitality.Until today,it still deeply affects the practice business management.The economic traditional management thought is the crystallization of our ancestors' continuous practice in the aspects of social production,distribution,exchange and consumption.It stems from economic practice and serves economic practice.Although China's "heavy-agriculture and business-suppression" policy has greatly hindered the commercial development at that time,there is no doubt that many management and management elements have been bred in Pre-Qin period management thought.Regrettably,there was no monograph on economic management in ancient times,but it was scattered in the academic works of the history.However,many foreign scholars have applied the management thoughts and military ideas of the Pre-Qin to the management of modern enterprises for many years,and have obtained many excellent results,which is worth learning from.But in general,in the study of Pre-Qin management thoughts,scholars pay more attention to the study of philosophy,literature and military thoughts,and the research on economic management thoughts is still a weak link.Before the liberation,because the whole country was in an economic and cultural backwardness,the scholars and literatures that studied the management thoughts were like the morning star.After the liberation,with the development of economic culture,several experts began the broadening of the economics discipline,laying a valuable foundation for the study of the management of the Pre-Qin.At present,most scholars study the economic management thoughts of the Pre-Qin period according to the school or a certain thinker,and organize their management ideas.Although this method can reflect the whole picture and characteristics of the management thoughts of various thinkers,the system is relatively fragmented,and it is not easy to reflect the main problems and characteristics of the economic management in the Pre-Qin period.Therefore,based on the previous studies,this paper uses literature research methods,management traits analysis,inductive methods and other research methods to concentrate,classify and generalize the management ideas of different figures in different Pre-Qin periods,and propose the Pre-Qin period.According to the logic of modern management,the management thoughts of the Pre-Qin period are divided into three parts: economic management elements,economic management objectives and economic management content.The management traits analysis methods are applied to the above three parts.The management and management thought is based on the government and merchants as the management subject,with agriculture,land,finance,price,industry and commerce as the management object,and under the premise of the social environment of the Pre-Qin period,the economic management system with the goal of "harmonious,rich,and unite".Therefore,this paper is mainly composed of five parts: The first chapter specifies the background and research significance of the topic,then defines the concepts of Pre-Qin,economic management,economic management thought and system,and points out that the economic management thought has direct management ideas and indirect management.The main points of this paper are the direct management of business management thoughts;The second chapter focuses on the literature management of the Pre-Qin period,which aims to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the writing of the thesis;The third chapter describes the elements of economic management and the relationship between the various elements;The fourth chapter is to explain the objectives of the management of the Pre-Qin period.The fifth chapter summarizes the management thoughts of the Pre-Qin philosophers from the macro,meso and micro levels.In the macro-management ideology,the ethics-centered management thoughts and the rule of law-centered management thought.In the management concept of middle view,it is summarized from agricultural management,land management,financial management,price management,and industrial and commercial management.In the micro-management management thoughts,there are mainly three aspects: the theory of goods,time theory and person selection;The sixth chapter points out the conclusions of the thesis.It also describes in detail the contemporary values of the management thoughts of the Pre-Qin period on modern agriculture,modern enterprises,monetary and financial management,as well as research deficiencies and the need for further research and development.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the research perspective and research methods.First of all,in terms of research perspectives,the characteristics of management ideas are explored in the context of ancient management books.Secondly,in terms of research methods,the management traits analysis method is the main tone,supplemented by the literature research method and the induction method,which comprehensively displays the Pre-Qin management thoughts and puts forward its value in modern times.
