Research On The Dumping Of Cotton Textile From Japan To Northeast China In Modern Times(1905~1931)

Cotton textile industry was the main industry sector in modern Japan.At the end of the 19 th century,with the advent of large-scale production of cotton textile industry in Japan,the number of cotton textile products surged,and Japan began to actively seek for foreign markets.After the sino-japanese war of 1894-1895,Japanese cotton textiles began to dump China.After the russo war,Japan began to dump a large number of cotton textiles to the northeast by virtue of many privileges obtained in the northeast,and finally defeated the largest number of American cotton and printed yarn in the northeast market at that time,monopolizing the northeast market.Based on the background,cause,process and influence of Japanese cotton textile dumping in the northeast market as a clue,combined with the historical background at that time,this paper discusses and analyzes the problem of Japanese cotton textile dumping in the northeast market,including the following four parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of Japanese cotton textile entering the northeast market.There are four main background: the rapid development of Japan’s cotton textile industry;Japan’s exploration of overseas markets;Northeast cotton textile industry started late,slow development and market demand,and other four backgroundThe second part introduces the process of Japanese cotton textile dumping northeast market.It can be divided into three periods: after the russo war and before the first world war,Japan rapidly seized the northeast market by virtue of its many privileges in the northeast and its low price of cotton textiles.During the first world war,European countries had no time to look east,and the Japanese cotton textile monopoly in the northeast was further consolidated;After world war I,Japan dumped cotton textiles in northeast China not only through the export of commodities,but also through the establishment of factories in China.The third part is the reason of Japanese cotton textile dumping northeast market.There are many reasons for the dumping of Japanese cotton textiles in the northeast market.Secondly,the efforts of the Japanese cotton textile organization and society,as well as the support from the Japanese government to the cotton textile industry;Inaddition,after the russo-Japan war,Japan in the northeast of many privileged status is also an important reason for its cotton textiles dumping northeast market.It is by virtue of these advantages,Japanese cotton textiles to win over other countries,the monopoly of the northeast market.The fourth part mainly analyzed the Japanese cotton textile dumping northeast market influence.The dumping of Japanese cotton textiles on the northeast market hindered the development of the modern national cotton textile industry in northeast China.The dumping of Japanese cotton textiles in the northeast market increased the dependence of the northeast on Japanese goods and further strengthened Japan’s economic control over the northeast.Of course,it is undeniable that Japanese cotton textiles dumped a large number of northeast market,to a certain extent also stimulated the development of modern northeast national cotton textile industry,but its destructive effect is far more than its promoting effect.By analyzing the dumping of Japanese cotton textiles on the northeast market,it can be seen that after the japan-russia war,Japan penetrated into the northeast economy and then invaded the whole northeast ambition.Economic aggression is an important strategy for Japan to manage northeast China.
