| Sports dance is a sports project that integrates music and dance.Learning sports dance can help to improve the aesthetic concept of college students,enrich the cultural life of college students,and further expand the role of college students' social interaction space,which is widely welcomed among students.The overall level of Russian sports dance is in a high position in the world.The Russian National Sports University is the most important sports college in Russia.The teaching staff of the sports dance teaching and research section is very good in the sports universities all over the world.On April 23-25,2016,the leaders and teachers of the Sports College of Henan University visited the Russian National Sports University.Both sides agreed with their respective achievements in sports disciplines and signed a memorandum of cooperation and exchange to promote the sports dance.Exchange and cooperation.In September 2017,I was fortunate enough to go to the Russian National Sports University to study.In the process of communication,I found that there are differences in the teaching of sports dance between the two universities.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching of sports dance in Henan University for reference,in view of the current teaching situation of sports and dance majors of the Sports College of Henan University and Russian National Sports University,this study conducted a questionnaire survey and made statistics on the data collected,discovering similarities and differences of the special courses teaching of sports dance specialty in two universities,summarizing the teaching methods suitable for the special courses of sports dance major of Henan University.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to learn from the successful experience of the Russian National Sports University's sports dance teaching.Secondly,based on the experience of the Russian National Sports University's sports dance teaching,we can deepen the communication between the two and promote the development of sports dance teaching in Sports College of Henan University.Using the methods of interview,investigation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and so on,this paper takes the teaching of sports dance specialty of Sports College of Henan University and Russian National Sports University as the research object.The questionnaire was distributed to the freshmen to seniors of sports dance majors in two schools,and the differences between them in the development of sports dance teaching were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Basic situation.The number of sports dance teachers in Sports College of Henan University is insufficient,the number of students enrolled is limited,the level of students' dance is average,and the proportion of boys and girls is unbalanced.The sports dance major of Russia National Sports University has a strong teaching force.Teachers attach great importance to learning and scientific research,the number of students enrolled and the overall level of dance students are relatively high,the proportion of boys and girls is balanced.2.Teaching objectives.The training goal of the sports dance major of the Sports College of Henan University is the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty.They has high-quality sports art composite and applied talents who are engaged in the teaching,training and organization of sports and sports activities.The training goal of the sports and dance major of the Russian National Sports University is to get high-quality sports dance talents,have a high level of special competition,and have high sports dance innovation and practical ability.3.Teaching content.The teachers of sports dance of Sports College of Henan University explain to students,students practice mainly,and more inclined to the basic teaching of ten dances;the sports and dance major of Russian National Sports University mainly aims at combination explanations,which improves the difficulty of movement and focuses on students.The innovative self-edited dance is taught.4.Teaching methods.The sports dance teachers of Sports College of Henan University are mainly based on traditional teaching methods and have less multimedia applications.The sports and dance majors of the National Sports University of Russia use innovative teaching methods,such as teaching by experts,and adding punitive measures in the teaching process.5.Student participation.The sports and dance majors of the Sports College of Henan University are currently participating in fewer competitions and the level of participation in the competition is relatively low;the sports and dance major of the Russian National Sports University is doing a good job in this respect.The school often encourages students to participate in many countries such as Germany and France.At the world level,all kinds of large-scale sports dance competitions,students also actively participate in club learning.6.Teaching evaluation.The sports dance major of the Sports College of Henan University,the evaluation process is mainly to examine the technology,and pay insufficient attention to the theory.The Russian National Sports University exam is based on the theory of sports dance,supplemented by technology.The examination method is a combination of sports dance theory and skills.7.Teaching conditions.The sports and dance major of the Sports College of Henan University has the most basic conditions for conducting sports dance courses,but it also needs to introduce advanced equipment and venue facilities.The sports and dance professional venues of the Russian National Sports University are relatively complete,with basic conditions and multimedia teaching.Based on the above research,the following recommendations are made for the sports and dance major ofthe Sports College of Henan University:1.Strengthen the construction of teachers' teaching staff,improve the scientific research level of teachers,and improve the training system of teachers.Enrollment for sports and dance majors should guarantee the quality of enrollment and strictly control the gender ratio of boys and girls.2.Appropriately increase the teaching objectives and focus on cultivating students' sports dance competition level.3.Pay attention on cultivating the innovation of student learning and giving full play to individual skills.4.Enrich teaching methods,and introduce modern scientific and technological means for teaching,such as video recording,multimedia equipment,etc.,to improve the learning efficiency of students.5.Emphasis on competition,encourage students to participate in sports dance social practice,organize training teams to conduct competitions and performances,and provide cooperation and exchanges between sports dance teams.6.Pay attention to the study of dance theory and make the theory and practice fully combined.7.Increase capital investment in dance teaching venues and improve various infrastructures. |
