Research On The Relationship Between Climate For Creativity In Family And Childre's Creative Personality

Creativity climate is an important environmental factor that affects individual innovation behavior in an organizational system.The system of family members is similar to a small group,small organization,and also has an important impact on individual creativity.Domestic and foreign studies have shown that there is a great relationship between creativity climate and creative personality.The early stage is the key period for the development of individual creative personality,and the development of creative personality is not only influenced by the internal factors of the individual,but also influenced by the internal factors of the individual.Moreover,the external environment also plays an important role,especially affected by family factors.In order to understand the relationship between the creative atmosphere of family and the development of creative personality of young children,this study adopted In this paper,417 children and their parents in four cities of Henan province were investigated and studied by means of questionnaire and interview,the questionnaire of creativity climate of family and the questionnaire of teachers' assessment of creative personality tendency of young children were carried out in four cities of Henan province.SPSS 20.0 is used to analyze the data.The results show that:1.On the whole,the creativity climate of the family is in the middle-level,but the score of encouraging non-compliance is relatively low.There are significant differences in parents' education level and family income level in children's class,but there is no significant difference in gender.2.On the whole,the creative personality of young children is in the middle and upper level.There are significant differences in class,parents' educational level and family income level,but there is no significant difference in gender.3.The high-middle-low group of family creativity climate affects the overall level of children's creative personality.The score of children's creative personality in higher family creativity climate is also relatively high,and the score of children's creative personality in lower family creativity climate is also lower.Generally speaking,the order of children's creative personality scores in the creativity climate of middle and high school families was as follows: higher climate > medium climate > lower climate.4.The creativity climate in the family was positively correlated with the curiosity,sensitivity,independence,novelty,self-confidence,aestheticism and overall creativity of children's creative personality,There is no relationship between cooperation and cooperation.There was a significant positive correlation between the creativity climate of the family and the children's creative personality.In addition,encouraging and not following the rules in the creativity climate of the family can significantly predict curiosity,sensitivity,independence,novelty,self-confidence and overall in the creative personality of young children.Encouraging experience diversity activities can significantly predict the independence of children's creative personality.According to the above results,the research puts forward some educational suggestions to promote the development of children's creative personality from the aspects of family creativity climate and the cultivation of children's creative personality.
