Academic resilience refers to the students in the process of learning,in the face of academic difficulties or academic setbacks,make full use of their advantages and mobilize external resources,so as to show positive adaptation process and good adaptation results.At present,there are few theoretical studies on the structure of academic resilience,and there is little research on the relationship between academic resilience and academic self-efficacy,so it is helpful to explore the relationship between academic resilience and self-efficacy.This study aims to investigate the structure and characteristics of college students ' academic resilience and its relationship with academic self-efficacy.Based on the existing research,this paper puts forward the theoretical conception of college students ' academic resilience combined with the results of case interview and half open questionnaire survey.According to the theoretical conception,the formal questionnaire of college students ' academic resilience was compiled.Through the investigation of 418 college students,the paper investigates the present situation of college students ' academic resilience and its relationship with academic self-efficacy.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The "Academic resilience questionnaire for college students" accords with the requirements of psychometric survey and has good reliability and validity.(2)College students' academic resilience consists of awareness,acceptance,goal-orientation,meaning-orientation,cognitive dissociation and focus on the current 6 factors.(3)The average score of academic resilience of college students is from high to low for cognitive dissociation,awareness,acceptance,goal-orientation,meaning-orientation and focus on the present.(4)The average score of students' academic self-efficacy is from high to low for learning ability self-efficacy,learning behavior self-efficacy,and college students' self-efficacy is significantly different in gender,specialty,children,academic achievement and grade.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between academic resilience and academic self-efficacy.the total score of academic resilience,goal orientation,acceptance,cognitive dissociation and meaning orientation play a positive role in predicting academic self-efficacy.
