The protean career attitude is self-oriented and driven by personal intrinsic values.It reflects a representative concept of career development in the process of economic development and continuous reform of the concept of labor and employment.Based on this career attitude,employees pay more attention to self-development and the realization of self-value.So is this career attitude at odds with the need for organizational development?How does this personal values-oriented career attitude fit in with the expected work behavior of the organization?The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between protean career attitude and employee active behavior through empirical investigation,and test the mechanism of employability and work passion in the relationship between protean career attitude and employee active behavior.Deepen the understanding of the relationship between employee career development and organizational development in the new era.In this study.533 employees in Beijing,tianjin,henan and other places were investigated using the“protean career attitude scale","employability scale","work passion scale" and "active behavior scale",and SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used for data statistical analysis.The results are as follows:(1)Employees' protean career attitude,employability,work passion and active behavior are above the average.(2)There are significant gender differences in protean career attitude,employability,work passion and active behavior.In terms of age and working years.there are significant differences in employability and active behavior,while there are no significant differences in protean career attitude and work passion.Employability has a significant difference in the nature of the organization,and there is no significant difference in the nature of the protean career attitude,work passion and active behavior of the variability.There are significant differences in employability and work passion,while there are no significant differences in protean career attitude and active behavior.Employability,work passion and active behavior all have significant difference in job category,while the protean career attitude has no significant difference in job category.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between protean career attitude,employability,work passion and active behavior.(4)Employability and work passion play a chain mediating role between protean career attitude and active behavior.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Protean career attitudes can positively predict active behavior.(2)Employability and work passion are mediators of the relationship between protean career attitude and active behavior.(3)The protean career attitude influences the active behavior through the chain mediating effect of employability and work passion.
