At the beginning of the 20th century,with the continuous advancement of China's urbanization,the real estate industry,as an emerging industry,developed rapidly and became a new growth point of the national economy.As an important part of the real estate industry,with the improvement of people's economic conditions,the requirements for living environment and quality of life are also improving.The Chinese civilization has a long history.The Chinese people have their own unique traditional concepts and special cultural needs when it comes to buying and purchasing houses.When they are choosing a residence,they not only pay attention to the space size and quality of the house,but also pay attention to the resonance of living environment and spiritual culture.Therefore,this paper select”create wuhan mission hills mansion",such as"green city Wu Hanfeng LeMing"domestic representative projects were analyzed,and explore the traditional culture elements in the reasonable use of residential properties for the similar projects in real estate industry to provide some reference,similar enterprises in the use of traditional culture elements model can consult from time to tome,improves the use of traditional cultural elements.The research content of this paper is to explore the application of Chinese traditional cultural elements in the brand projects in the residential product lines of representative housing enterprises in China.Full text analysis the research both at home and abroad in the system,on the basis of investigation and by traditional culture elements in residential real estate appears the origin,development of the status quo,combined with the four representative projects"harmony and wuhan mission hills mansion","China wuhan Jiang Lanfu happiness","vanke shenzhen fifth garden"and"green city Wu Hanfeng LeMing",explore the traditional culture elements in Chinese residential applications,existing problems and reasons through the thorough investigation to find the optimization of the traditional culture elements of strategy used in residential real estate project.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and some enlightenment is proposed from the perspective of consumers and enterprises.This paper hopes to provide some inspiration and thinking for real estate enterprises to carry out Chinese product positioning,marketing development and similar projects through the research on specific residential projects in the domestic real estate industry.
