A Comparative Study Of The Repeated Adverbs "Chong" And "Chongxin"

The research object of this paper is the repeated adverbs "Chong" and "Chongxin",which are a pair of synonyms that are often used in contemporary Chinese language.Based on the previous studies,this paper is a comparative study of repeated adverbs"Chong" and "Chongxin" from different angles,which uses the BCC corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University,the modern Chinese balanced corpus of the National Language Committee,the text corpus of the Communication University of China and so on.The research in this paper is divided into diachronic research and synchronic research.The diachronic research mainly investigates the diachronic evolution of "chong" and"chongxin".The synchronic study of the main team "chong" and "chongxin" on two levels of comparison research:syntactic comparative research,pragmatic comparative study.The full text includes five parts.Chapter ?:Introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research object,research significance,research methods and predecessors' research results,and gives a brief introduction to the source of corpus.Chapter ?:From the diachronic research layer,"Chong" and "Chongxin" are compared.It mainly analyzes the evolution and development of the two in the historical process from ancient times to the present.Chapter ?:From the syntactic level,the adverbs are compared with "Chong" and"Chongxin".It mainly analyzes the similarities and differences between the two in aspects of combination and collocation,the use of adverbs and the sentence category.In terms of combination and collocation,the main consideration is to match the verbs and adjectives.In the aspect of the tense,the main analysis is about the past,present and future tense choices,which are mainly the combination of structural auxiliary and positive verbs.In the aspect of syntactic function,it mainly analyzes the ability of the two to serve as sentence components.With the use of adverbs,it mainly analyzes the similarities and differences between the two in the use of the repeated adverbs.In terms of the selection of the sentence category,it mainly analyzes the similarities and differences between the two words.Chapter ?:From the pragmatic level,the adverbs are compared with "Chong" and"Chongxin".It mainly analyzes the similarities and differences between the two in style.Chapter ?:Conclusion.It mainly summarize the full text and put forward the basic conclusion and the shortcomings of the research.
