Zi Chan played an important role of the development of Zheng state and had a diplomacy or politics way with other countries in the late Spring and Autumn period.Tsinghua bamboo slips Zi Chan should be written before or around Mencius,probably in the middle to late Warring States Period.The style of Zi Chan belongs to the argumentative style.Neutron production is the image of "good minister" in the handed down literature,while Zi Chan has the image of "good ruler".The original materials of Zi Chan should be hearsay or historical records from Zheng State in the Three State of Jin's.The Confucians of Chu State re-created the original materials.Previous studies mostly neglected the political planning implied in Zi Chan.In fact,the administration of Zi Chan derives from the political experience and lessons of other countries.By "helping herdsmen" to regain hegemony over other countries,"self-reliance and neutrality" to maintain balance,and lenient administration to "cast a Book of punishment",the political plan of becoming a big country and a peaceful force was finally completed.The principle of "selecting officials" reflects the understanding of "virtuous" in the Warring States Period:advocating "learning by ear and then entering politics" and opposing "ignoring politics".Therefore,Zi Chan compares the former sage monarch with Zi Chan's administration many times,and pays attention to the gentleman's moral character and political thought.But this over-idealized concept is too dependent on the talent and character of the politicians.This thesis makes a textual research on the contradictory points of the various interpretations,and puts forward some new viewpoints on several unquestioned proposals.The number and order of each brief are supplemented.In addition,the study of the content and relationship of "punishment" and "decree" in Zi Chan solved the contradiction that Confucius did not oppose Zi Chan's laws but opposed Jin's,reflecting the relationship between "law" and "rite" and the Warring States'understanding of "destiny".In addition,the combination of Zi Chan and the handed down literature can better restore the content of the "Criminal Book" in Zuo Zhuan,and can also be traced back to study the early criminal law.The "decree" and "punishment" here are related to "Zuoqiu Fu" in Zuo Zhuan,the former is the adjustment of the latter.
