Research On The Development Strategy Of China's Animation Industry Cluster From The Perspective Of Complex Adaptive System

With the development of the animation industry first promoted to the national strategic level by our government in 2004,vigorously promoting the quality and upgrading of the animation industry has gradually become one of the major strategic plans for the development of cultural industry and cultural undertakings in China.In 2017,Opinions on Implementing the Project of Inheritance and Development of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture put forward “Promoting the upgrading of animation industry,adhering to the brand development strategy,promoting the development of animation industry chain and the whole age group”.It clearly links the development of China's animation industry with the inheritance and dissemination of Chinese Excellent Culture.Animation industry is an important part of cultural industry.As an important carrier of cultural exchange,animation industry undertakes economic,cultural and political functions.Under the background of the new era,the position of cultural soft power in the global competition is becoming increasingly prominent.More outstanding works with Chinese culture,Chinese spirit and Chinese elements are created.The voice of the times with cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence is stronger than ever before.The animation industry cluster is different from the traditional sense of spatial agglomeration.Its main feature is the blending of science,technology and culture,and the innovative development of animation industry under the new economic situation.In this paper,the animation industry cluster as the research object,using complex adaptive system theory to focus on the analysis of the internal mechanism and evolution path of animation industry cluster.The first chapter introduces the research background,research purposes,research status,research methods and technical routes.The second chapter defines the important concepts and theories involved in this paper,distinguishes the concepts of animation and animation,clarifies the theory of industrial clusters,and combs the origin and application of complex adaptive system theory(CAS).Chapter 3 introduces the development experience of animation industry clusters in developed countries.It focuses on the analysis of animation industry clusters in the United States and Japan from the perspective of complex adaptive system theory,studies their industrial development process and industrial cluster evolution process,and summarizes the inspiration for the development of animation industry clusters in China.Chapter IV focuses on the analysis of the development of China's animation industry cluster in the CAS perspective,combs the development process of China's animation industry,describes the development status of China's animation industry cluster,and focuses on the problems existing in China's animation industry cluster in the CAS perspective.Chapter 5 tries to explore the dynamic mechanism of CAS theory in the development of China's animation industry cluster,deeply analyze the evolutionary motivation,evolutionary mechanism and evolutionary path of China's animation industry cluster,and use AHP method to make an empirical analysis of the competitiveness of China's animation industry cluster,as an important basis for the development of China's animation industry cluster.The last chapter puts forward specific measures for the development of China's animation industry cluster under the complex adaptive system,including strengthening policy support,innovating product content,fostering endogenous enterprises,building a talent echelon and improving copyright system.
