Reportage,as the "hybrid" of journalism and literature. From 1978 to1989,it attracted the attention of journalists, poets, writers and other groups. These groups with different identity labels joined in the creation of reportage one after another, resulting in the golden period when reportage reached its peak. However, when the "cultural revolution" became a negated history and the society was in a significant transformation period, the reportage creation of individuals with different identity labels was no longer a simple literary appeal, and the political or economic logic behind them had a significance beyond literary writing. This paper takes "the author of reportage from 1978 to 1989" as the research object.Firstly,by sorting out the history of the overall vein of reportage,it has revealed the author's creative background from 1978 to1989,the transformation of the old and new process, media reform and other factors that greatly promote the development of reportage. In combination with the creation background, the author has consulted the literature of relevant authors, discussion on creation, literature review and literature gossip, etc.,to explore and analyze the author's identity position in creation, and found that there are three kinds of cognition of the author's identity: writer, public intellectual, and journalist. Then, based on the theory of identity, the author focus on the construction and identification process of the writer's triple identity from two aspects of "self-role confirmation" and "social identity".It has been found that writers, public intellectuals and journalists used "reportage" as a literary means to realize their value demands and "intervene in life".However, the author groups of the three identities all create reportage from the standpoint of self-identity,which leads to their different writing styles:fiction, criticism and reality. The current situation where media are flourishing, the public from different social corners express their opinions and interfere in life through various "we media" platforms as "citizen journalists".From 1978 to 1989,reportage writers with multiple identities created literature with the common identity of "reportage author",so as to realize the purpose of pursuing citizens' right of expression and interfering in life.Comparing the two groups, they have something in common, which makes the author reflect on whether the identity of "citizen journalist" had already appeared in the late 1970 s and 1980 s.The current popularity of the term "citizen journalist" has been "amplified" by advanced media technology.By studying the identity of "reportage writers from 1978 to 1989",we can represent the writing group of "reportage writers" as "citizen journalists" under the background of traditional media.Combined with the current new media environment,"citizen journalists" has experienced a gradual change from "professionalism" to "grassroots" identity, beyond the professional writers,a large number of non-professional writers have joined the ranks of "citizen journalists".In the process of change,"citizen journalists" still keep the behavior characteristics of "public participation and intervention in reality" of reportage authors, which has implications for understanding "citizen journalist" in the era of "we media".However,we also have to realize that the emergence of "post-truth" writing by reportage writers with different identity also has been insinuated to "citizen journalists".When the clue is being amplified gradually in the new media environment,it will inevitably bring a series of disadvantages to the current news content production.
