Investigation On The Current State Of Art Education In The Secondary Vocational School In Northern Anhui Province And Strategies Made On Its Quality Improvement

Decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education and Opinions of the State Council on promoting the integration and development of cultural and creative design services and related industries were issued by the State Council in 2014.Since then various favorable policies were made which has brought a great opportunity for the development of the secondary vocational education.Nowadays,secondary vocational education is playing an increasingly greater role in vocational education system in China.Secondary vocational school is the cradle that aims to foster two kinds of talents: well-educated technical workers and highly skilled employees.Out social progress and economic development is inseparable from these two kinds of talents' contribution.Generally,from the point view of art education in secondary vocational school,schools located in southern-east of China where economy is highly developed have done better than those in mid-west where underdeveloped economy causes plenty of problems to its art education.However,northern Anhui Province unfortunately belongs to one of the less developed regions.Hence,the education system in this region is deeply influenced by its unsatisfactorily economic development status.Troubles the secondary vocational art education come across mainly lie in the process of educational pattern establishment,course content design,faculty recruitment and guidance on employment practices which have badly influenced its progress.As a consequence,the secondary vocational schools in northern Anhui Province are chose as survey objectives and strategies on improving their art education quality will be made out and discussed.This thesis is based on methods of literature research,data investigation,results analysis and processing,aimed to discuss the specific way on how to cultivate systematically art talents,to analyze the practice ability of those art major graduates.After deeply thinking,improving strategies are made correspondingly.Before no thesis has ever focused on studying the current state of the art education of secondary vocational school in northern Anhui Province.This thesis is the first example which can be offered as a reference for subsequent deep studies.Hopefully,under the new situation,this investigation will bring positive influence on and developing opportunity for art education progress in secondary vocational school in northern Anhui Province.
