With the continuous progress and development of society,Chinese traditional culture is also constantly developing and innovating,and its visual form is becoming more and more diversified and international.As a traditional Chinese culture,the Central Plains Regional Culture,led by Henan Province,has a long history and is distinctive,which can be regarded as an important intangible cultural heritage in China and even in the world.In recent years,some excellent cultural and creative brand products appear in everyone's vision,which can be described as brilliant and pleasing to the eye.The Palace Museum first created a wave of cultural and creative products across the country.Through appropriate design techniques,the Palace Museum makes products personified and expressive,and improves a product with extremely low cost into a consumer product with added value increased by a dozen or even dozens of times.Consumers are extremely attracted and willing to own in the whole consumption process.Henan cuisine culture is a unique cultural product of Henan Province.There is no place for Henan cuisine in Sichuan,Guangdong,Shandong,Fujian,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hunan and Anhui,which are now well-known "eight cuisines".Nowadays,western fast food,Western food,French food,Japanese food or our domestic Sichuan food,hot pot and other cuisines are very popular.Even the local people have little knowledge of the local cuisine culture,which makes me worry about the local food culture of Henan Province.Even after many years,we will forget this history.Nowadays,the market demand is not only limited to the traditional taste and quality of Henan food,but also to the artistic and cultural demands of Henan traditional food culture.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a unified,creative and beautiful cultural and creative brand image of Henan food culture.In the context of today's fast-paced social life,refining the traditional Henan food culture into simple visual symbols and applying them to the cultural and creative brand image design,we should not only make the cultural and creative brand of Henan food culture conform to the modern aesthetic trend,but also inherit and innovate the traditional Chinese culture,so as to achieve the effect of bringing out the old and bringing forth the new.Excellent visual symbols play an important role in visual image design.As a communication carrier,they convey important information to the public,including but not limited to the representation and connotation of culture.The main purpose of this paper is to generalize the traditional Henan food culture into a concise and highly recognizable visual symbol,and take this as the innovation point,construct the long and thick Henan food culture and cultural creative brand image,and complete the visual design of culture in cultural creative products.This paper focuses on the exploration and research of design practice,aiming to summarize and summarize the food culture of Henan Province,so as to extract simple and image symbols for generalization,and extract feasible design methods from them to guide practice,and apply the food culture of Henan Province to the design of cultural and creative brand products reasonably and accurately.The article is divided into four parts,the first chapter ruainly introduces the purpose,significance,background,research methods and key problems of the research.The second chapter studies and analyzes the concept and aesthetic value of Henan food culture,introduces the concept of visual symbols,and puts forward some representative symbols in Henan food culture,such as Ding,Taotie pattern,and traditional food with local characteristics.In the design practice,cultural symbols are mainly extracted from these places.The third chapter analyzes the food culture of Henan Province,through the actual investigation report,analyzes the current situation of Henan food market and the needs of the audience,so as to guide the design more accurately.In the fourth chapter,visual symbols are applied to the brand of food culture and culture creation in Henan Province.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper.The innovation of this project is to convey the essence of Henan food culture through visual symbols,which is used in the design of Henan food culture and creative brand.It is not only the innovation of Henan food culture brand,but also the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture.
