The contract documents collected by the three local archives in Wuyishan,Jian'ou and Yanping in northern Fujian are used as research objects.The different contents of the contract documents in the three places are used as clues to summarize and use the contract as the main analysis.The materials,plus local references,ancient books and other literature references,expand on the different development trends of the local economy and society in these three places from the middle and late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.In the third chapter of the article,through the collection of a total of 55 contracts of the Ge family,this shows the local clan in Jian'ou-the process of the family's industry from aggregation to decentralization from the end of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.Through this phenomenon,we can see that the local ethnic groups with a long history in China have been declining in modern times.The fourth chapter analyzes several contract documents of Chashan operation in Wuyishan area of northern Fujian.This paper analyzes the different types and connotations of tea contract contracts in Wuyishan in the middle and late Qing Dynasty to understand the role of tea management in promoting local economic development.The fifth chapter shows the real estate contract documents in Yanping from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.This article analyzes the housing problems of local urban residents through the real estate transaction contract in Yanping,and the process of the government's gradual strengthening of the real estate contract management.
