Study On Cliff Statues Of Yijun Grottoes In Shaanxi

As an important form of religious art,statues have been highly praised by the general public under the circumstance of religious belief in the society since the Wei and Jin Dynasties.Yijun is located at the intersection of Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi,with a large number of statues distributed and a large time span.It has various forms and distinctive styles,and has certain artistic value.At present,there are few research literatures about the cliff statues in Yijun area.Mainly focused on archeology and history,and mostly in the form of survey briefs.This article selects the Yijun Cave Cliff Cliff Statue as the research object,based on field survey data,uses imagery and archeological typology methods,and combines related theories of art history to seek the main artistic style and expression content of the Yijun Cave Cliff Cliff Statue.Carry out a comprehensive and meticulous study,and then discover the unique artistic characteristics and formation reasons of the cliff statues in Yijun Grottoes.This article is mainly divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction of the first chapter expounds the research value and significance of this topic,determines the research content and methods,and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly expounds the geographical location,natural conditions and distribution of the cliff statues of Yijun Grottoes.Chapters 3 and 4 explore the imagery and decoration styles of Yijun's statues through image analysis,sort out and summarize the basic situation of the cliff statues of Yijun Grottoes,and then explore Yijun's multiple fusion style features.The fifth chapter expounds the concrete expression of the artistic features of the cliff statues of Yijun from the perspective of iconography and its symbolic meaning,and analyzes the social and cultural connotation of Yijun's statue art by combining relevant historical research materials.This article finds that the cliff statue of Yijun Grotto as a form of religious art expresses the people's attitudes and expectations of life.At the same time,the reflection of the Yijun Grottoes' cliff statues on social life reflects the multicultural and artistic characteristics of the integration of Hu and Han and the interconnection of Buddhism and Taoism under the influence of local culture.
