Korean collaborative teaching enables Chinese and Korean teachers to give full play to their advantages and charms in teaching and create a lively and interesting Chinese environment for students.Although many scholars can continue to pay attention to the development trend of Chinese collaborative teaching mode in South Korea,there is still a lack of research on the adaptability and running in ability of Chinese teacher volunteers in practical collaborative teaching,and there is also a lack of articles that directly pay attention to the development of volunteers in collaborative teaching.This paper takes volunteers of Chinese teachers as the research subject,and analyzes the problems of volunteers in collaborative teaching by referring to literature,questionnaire,interview records and experience summary,so as to put forward targeted Suggestions.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in Korean Chinese cooperative teaching.In the third chapter,according to the investigation,the problems can be summarized into four aspects: preparation before taking the post,cooperative teaching language,division of teaching,and teaching coping attitude.The problems in the preparation work before taking the post include: the volunteers' Chinese knowledge system is not complete,the lack of cooperative teaching foundation and the lack of classroom game experience.In terms of collaborative teaching language,there are three main problems: inadequate teaching media language level of volunteers,non-standard teaching language and low communication efficiency of teachers.In terms of the division of labor in teaching,there are mainly two problems: the division of labor "stereotyped" and the division of labor is not balanced.In terms of teaching coping mentality,the problem is that volunteers need to face a variety of conflicts,the negative way of dealing with problems and other factors that affect the mentality.To solve these problems,the fourth chapter gives countermeasures respectively: in the preparation work before taking office,volunteers need to further establish the concept of collaborative teaching based on the improvement of Chinese knowledge system,and then prepare suitable classroom games according to the teaching atmosphere with Korean characteristics.In the preparatory work before taking office,volunteers need to further establish the concept of collaborative teaching and explore and design classroom games for collaborative teaching on the basis of perfecting Chinese knowledge system.In terms of collaborative language,volunteers need to pay attention to and strengthen the learning of Korean knowledge,increase classroom instructionexpression and make good use of body language expression.In terms of the division of teaching,volunteers should establish the correct view of teachers in collaborative teaching and actively seek for the change of division of labor and adapt to the division of assigned teaching tasks.In terms of teaching coping mentality,volunteers need to first build the psychological foundation of "collaboration",choose the working skills and some other methods to solve the psychological problems.In this paper,the South Korea in 2019 volunteers in the collaborative teaching of Chinese teachers to reflect the problem of thinking and analysis,found the problem from the perspective of volunteers,solve the problem,summarize advice from volunteers,and continue to pay attention to the development state of the volunteers,hope these thinking to as volunteers,study these problems,and scholars have reference and reference.
