Yinsi(??)is a very important cultural phenomenon in ancient China.The word Yinsi(??)was originally a concept in the pre-Qin rituals(????).It comes from"Book of Rites"(????)"Should not be sacrificed but hold a sacrifice its name is Yinsi(??).Yinsi(??)has no blissless."(??????,??????????)This text lays down the basic concept of Yinsi(??).Basically a negative attitude.After the Spring and Autumn Period has always been regarded as a period when rites collapsed and music became bad,as well as a period when Yinsi(??)gradually became popular.Since Yinsi(??)has impacted the social hierarchy of rites and music in the Western Zhou Dynasty,people often criticized various phenomena of Yinsi(??).As the founder of Confucianism,Confucius paid special attention to the issue of Yinsi(??).He regarded Yinsi(??)as the opposite of rites and music(??),and believed that Yinsi(??)was one of the factors that caused the collapse of ritual and music(????),thus criticizing Yinsi(??).This view was inherited by Confucian Scholars in Han Dynasty.They tried to curb Yinsi(??)by various methods,and reconstructed the social order of etiquette and customs,and finally reappeared the ideal society of Western Zhou Dynasty in which "each had its own ceremony and the prostitution and worship were forbidden"(?????????).This ideal was able to be realized after Emperor Hanwu "Exclude other genres to promote Confucianism specifically."(????????).According to historical records,In the Han Dynasty,the issue of Yinsi(??)is related to the establishment of the dominant position of Confucianism.With the gradual development of Confucianism in the Han Dynasty,Confucian views on Yinsi(??)gradually penetrated into all areas of society,which laid down the basic content of future generations of Yinsi(??).Yinsi(??)in the Han Dynasty were basically a derogatory concept.The connotation of Yinsi(??)in this period was very rich and was always in a dynamic development process.At this time,the understanding of the connotation of Yinsi(??)came from the text of "Book of Rites"(??)in the pre-Qin period,which laid the basic framework for the content of Yinsi(??).However,due to its extremely concise expression,the standard of ritual is more like a general principle,leaving a great space for later generations to explain.Generally speaking,the classification of Yinsi(??)in the Han Dynasty was basically based on ritual.However,due to insufficient explanation of ritual at this time,Yinsi(??)are actually a very vague concept and there is no clear classification standard.In addition,the issue of Yinsi(??)was raised during the Confucian Scholars reform of the official sacrificial system.For the purpose of guiding the concrete practice,Yinsi(??)were endowed with the characteristics of the Han Dynasty.It is precisely because of this period that the theory of Yinsi(??)in the category of Confucianism not only inherits the previous generation,but also needs to guide the specific practice,which makes the problem of Yinsi(??)in this period more complicated.Yinsi(??)had two major development threads in the Han Dynasty.First,Yinsi(??)in the national sacrifice system.This development context was accompanied by the Confucianization and ritualization of the national sacrifice system throughout the Han Dynasty.The sacrificial reform was dominated by Confucianism.The main line was to eliminate all the Yinsi(??)and their components.The focus was on the Yinsi(??)factors such as witch and ghost(??)and the phenomenon of excessive sacrificial rites and false sacrificial rites,which ran through the whole Han Dynasty.The second is in the field of folk belief,Belong to the category of folk customs.In view of the Yinsi(??)in the field of folk beliefs,scholars based on their criticism of the common customs,put forward the theory of changing customs.Local officials governance of Yinsi(??)constituted the political practice of changing customs.The Yinsi(??)in this development vein are mainly after the Eastern Han Dynasty,which is one of the manifestations of the further spread and development of Confucianism to the lower strata in the Han Dynasty.Generally speaking,the two major development threads are closely related to Confucianism,and also reflect the construction of power to Yinsi(??).Together,they constitute the important content of rebuilding ritual system in the Han Dynasty.
