An Empirical Study On The Factors Influencing The Residents' Willingness To Participate In Public Cultural Activities In Chengguan Town,Mengjin County,Henan Province

Public cultural activities are an important part of government's public cultural services.It has the characteristics of publicity,pluralism and popularity.Extensive participation in public cultural activities plays an important role in satisfying residents'own cultural needs and serving regional cultural construction.Willingness to participate belongs to the category of subjective cognition,which reflects the individual's psychological tendency in participating in practice and is influenced by many factors.The willingness of rural residents to participate in public cultural activities can measure the real attitude of them to rural cultural construction.As a traditional agricultural town,Chengguan Town is the grass-roots position to provide cultural services for the majority of urban residents.Therefore,studying the willingness of chengguan town residents to participate in public cultural activities plays an important role in urban cultural construction This paper uses the method of empirical analysis to analyze the factors affecting the residents' willingness to participate in public cultural activities in Chengguan town,and based on the results of empirical analysis,it proposes to improve the quality and efficiency of public cultural services of Chengguan Town government.First of all,based on the theory of rational behavior planning behavior,combined with the current situation of public cultural activities in Chengguan Town of Mengjin County and the characteristics of residents,this paper constructed the influencing factor model of residents' willingness to participate in public cultural activities in Chengguan Town and designed a questionnaire for investigation.Then,this paper uses SPSS and AMOS software to verify and estimate the model by structural equation method.Then,based on the results of model estimation,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of residents' willingness to participate in public cultural activities in Chengguan Town,Mengjin County,Henan province.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results,the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the factors influencing the participation intention of citizens in public cultural activities in Chengguan Town,Mengjin County.The empirical analysis results of this paper show that:behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control,subjective norms,the participation of the three variables of town residents will have a positive influence,perceptual behavior control has the greatest influence on the participation willingness of residents in Chengguan Town,the influence of behavioral attitude on the participation willingness of local residents was the second,subjective norms have the least impact on local residents.Based on the empirical analysis results,this paper proposes the countermeasures to enhance the willingness of residents in Chengguan Town,Mengjin County to participate in public cultural activities:First of all,to ensure supply:invigorate talents and optimize the content specifically includes three points:take multiple measures to stimulate the vitality of grassroots cultural talents;Optimize content and carry out cultural activities that combine education with entertainment;Secondly,embedding system:demand traction and cultural rendering specifically include three aspects:conducting demand survey and establishing demand expression mechanism;To stimulate participation and establish a three-level linkage mechanism;Third,to guide public opinion:extensive publicity and multi-party mobilization,including three points:to broaden the channels of public cultural communication and improve the efficiency of information communication;Strengthen the relationship between village and community network and encourage residents to participate in cultural construction;To guide the active participation of multiple subjects to form a cultural atmosphere of co-construction and sharing.
