In the new media environment,with the arrival of the 5G network era and the updating of the mobile terminal system,the new media provides a new possibility for cartoon art.The form of expression of cartoons is not only limited to the expression of traditional comics.As a new art of science and technology,dynamic comics are between cartoons and animations.Although they can not be compared with the fluency of animation and movies,the uniqueness of his narrative and the convenience of reading in mobile phone terminals bring a novel interactive experience to the people who use them.At present,although the domestic market dynamic cartoon is still in the early stage of development,the technology and experience are not mature enough,but it has been widely loved and joined by young people and young people,so we can see the broad market application prospects.Based on the analysis of the development and forms of new media H5,combined with cognitive psychology and semiotics theory,this paper studies the expression and application of H5(THML5 abbreviated as H5)dynamic comics in new media.Through the comparative analysis and case analysis of dynamic comics and traditional comics,this paper enumerates the creative conditions,expression techniques and narrative methods of dynamic comics in the new media era,explores the innovative combination of new media H5 and dynamic cartoon art,and explores the new fields of dynamic and static combination,multimedia interaction,multi-sensory interworking and programming on the new media platform.
