Wu Yifeng is one of the representatives of Chinese landscape painting creation in the 20 th century. His concept of "borrowing the past to open up the present" mainly comes from two sources: one is the learning of traditional literati painting techniques and ink copying, and the learning of traditional cultural literacy such as poetry, calligraphy, seal cutting, etc.;the other is that as the first graduate of Shanghai fine arts special school,he is in school During the period,he received systematic training of Western realistic modeling system. Therefore, his concept of sketching is not only the aesthetic expression part(main)of Chinese traditional landscape painting, but also the observation method part(auxiliary)of western scientific perspective method. At the same time, because his art course basically spans the whole 20 th century, his sketching of landscape painting has distinct personal and era characteristics,so he re explored it The study of Wu Yifeng's concept and artistic creation has certain academic significance for clarifying the change of landscape painting in the 20 th century. The long volume of "Minjiang Shengjian" is a kind of landscape painting works which shows the theme of new China's construction. It contains rich geographical reality, folk customs and cultural connotation. It is a special artistic feature of landscape painting in the special historical period of new China,so the long volume has the quality of "art geography".The analysis and study of this work can help us to re understand the human history and geographical features of the Minjiang River Basin in the 1950 s,and even to see the basic situation of rural and urban construction in China at that time.
