As a friendly neighbor of our country,Bangladesh has gradually increased the number of people learning Chinese in recent years.Research on the teaching of spoken Chinese by Bangladeshi students is becoming more and more abundant,but the research on primary oral English classes for Bangladeshi students coming to China is weak.The situational teaching method,as an effective method in the oral classroom,has long been used in teaching practice for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.This article attempts to apply the situational method to the primary oral English classroom of Bangladeshi students in China,and to design a teaching plan that meets the learning characteristics of Bangladeshi students.There are six parts in this article,the specific content has the following aspects:The first part is an introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background of the thesis,explains the application significance of the topic selection,and the research review and research methods used in the text.The content of the second part analyzes the feasibility of the situational method applied to the oral classroom of Bengal students coming to China.This includes analyzing the theoretical basis of the situational method applicable to elementary oral English courses;expounding the teaching elements of the situational method for Bangladeshi students;and analyzing the advantages of the situational method for Bangladeshi students.The third part is the teaching design of the elementary speaking course for Bangladeshi students in the scenario method,which includes the teaching materials used,the teaching design process in the elementary speaking course,and the classroom teaching of the elementary speaking class for Bangladeshi students in the scenario method.Reflecting on teaching design ideas.The fourth part uses the 13 lessons in "Developing Chinese · Elementary Spoken Chinese(?)" as the teaching case for the specific teaching application of scenario method.It mainly explains the pre-class analysis,teaching process and teaching reflection after class.The fifth part examines the teaching effect of the situational method.It mainly analyzes the effect of the situational method of oral teaching of Bangladeshi students in China through the analysis of test paper results,and analyzes the deficiencies of the teaching method by using classroom observations of teachers and the results of interviews between students and teachers.The sixth part is the reflection on the teaching of elementary spoken English classroom for Bangladeshi students in China,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of teaching design.
