With the continuous rise of our people's economic strength and living standards in recent years,the development of our country's music education,especially the social music education,has attracted many attentions.Social music education,as one of the important components of the music education industry,has played a vital role in popularizing and promoting music education career,but behind its booming development there still have many issues that cannot be ignored.This article uses questionnaire surveys,literature research,on-site interviews and other methods to explain the current situation of social music education in Yingtan,and attempts to analyze the problems that exist in current social music education and propose corresponding solutions to these problems.This article is divided into two parts: The first part is based on the philosophy of music education and the new curriculum standards,and is supported by the results of the survey of the current state of social musical education in Yingtan.Analyze the existing problems of social music education in Yingtan,and deepen the understanding of the harm of the problems.It's starting from deep-seated issues in music education concepts and based on the true starting point of music courses,this paper analyzes the current phenomenon of conceptual deviation in social music education.Then comprehensively analyze the questionnaire to find out the existing problems of the music teachers.Finally,with reference to various types of management laws and regulations,the existing shortcomings of the government's guidance and management level are deeply explored.The second part proposes countermeasures to promote the progress of social music education.Based on an in-depth understanding of the current situation and existing problems,combined with domestic and foreign practical experience and advanced social music education theories,it comes from two aspects: government policy and music education concepts.Expounded the development of social music education in China.Corresponding to the first part of the problem,in line with the actual development of society,we propose specific countermeasures that can solve the problem from the root cause.As an organic part of the implementation of quality education,the basic task of social music education is to cultivate and enhance people's ability to perceive music.Hence studying social music education is a meaningful subject.This article hopes thatit will point out the direction for the social music educators and promote the healthy development of social music education through the analysis and suggestions on the current situation of social music education in Yingtan.
