The Research Of The Influence Of Confucius Institutes Under The View Of Non-government Communications Between China And Kyrgyzstan

Non-Governmental Communications is an important means of national diplomacy.The effect of Non-Governmental Communications can not be ignored.It has expressed the diversification in the country' s diplomacy.it will also greatly promote the relationship between the two countries.As a non-profit social welfare organization,Confucius Institute is different from official diplomacy.In the informal exchange between China and Kyrgyzstan,Confucius Institute at Osh State University fully considered the actual situation in Kyrgyzstan and combined with its own functions to give full play of the subjective initiative of the Confucius Institute and to promote the Kyrgyzstan people's understanding of China.It has greatly narrowed the distance between the hearts and minds of the people of the two countries and is close to the integration of emotions and people's feelings.On these bases,The development of non-governmental exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan is promoted.The thesis aims to know the influence and functions of Confucius Institute in the Non-Governmental Communication between China and Kyrgyzstan.Firstly,with the Osh Confucius Institute at Osh State University as its research object.It introduced the situation that the Confucius Institute at Osh State University participated in the communication between China and Kyrgyzstan from three aspects,namely cultural class arrangement,participation of extra-institute cultural activities and characteristic projects at Confucius Institute.Besides,it made a discussion of the influence brought to students,citizens and society.And then,this thesis made a conclusion from all above,found its influence on local people and analyzed the devotion that made by these influences in the development of Non-Governmental Communication between china and Kyrgyzstan.Finally,it was found that the devotions lied in five aspects,they are accelerating the study of Chinese,promoting the dissemination of Chinese culture in Kyrgyzstan,expounding the Non-Governmental Communication channel between China and k,and enhancing the friendship and folk consensus.In addition,It collected some shortages of Confucius Institute of Osh State University in folk communication between China and Kyrgyzstan.They are studied the problems of lack of faculty,less way for Non-Governmental Communication,various restrictions for Non-Governmental Communication and lack of cultural activities,and discussed the influence made by these problems on China-Kyrgyzstan Non-Governmental Communication.At last,some solutions had been put out for these problems,it mainly from three points-to optimize operational mode,anew present projects and activities,enlarge cooperation on Non-Governmental Communication in Confucius Institute at Osh State University.hoping that these solutions can make Confucius Institute at Osh State University play a positive role in Non-Governmental Communication between China and Kyrgyzstan.
