The Communist Party of China is a well-organized revolutionary party,whose strictness ensures the implementation of the party's will.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China in the Soviet Area in the 1930 s,it has been strengthening the party's grass-roots executive ability from different aspects,especially focusing on the construction of grass-roots party members and cadres.After the outbreak of the national anti Japanese War,the Communist Party of China persisted in the Anti Japanese war behind the enemy in North China and established a series of Anti Japanese bases,such as Shanxi chaji Hebei,Shanxi Suiyuan,Shanxi Hebei Shandong Henan.In the initial stage of the establishment of the base areas,the party and government system of the CPC has gone through the stage of great development of institutions and personnel,which leads to the problem of lax organization of the grass-roots party and government system in the base areas.At the same time,with the gradual deepening of the construction of the base areas,how to improve the normalization of the political power and party affairs system in the Anti Japanese base areas has become an important problem to be solved.Therefore,the CPC leaders carried out the rectification and examination campaign in each base area,trying to cultivate loyal and reliable Party cadres through examination.The rectification movement is an important node in the history of the Communist Party of China.From 1942 to 1945,it started in Yan'an and gradually extended to all base areas.In essence,it is a top-down ideological reform movement under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The purpose is to purify the cadre team and achieve the ideological unity of all Party cadres.Taihang base is located in the heart of North China Anti Japanese base.Yushe County is an important part of Taihang base.During the Anti Japanese War,it was greatly influenced by the external environment such as war and famine,which has a special research significance.In the process of rectification,Yushe County,the Communist Party of China,inview of the external political environment and the problems within the party,pays special attention to the work of examining cadres.In the rectification and examination campaign,Yushe County fully exposed the organizational and ideological problems exposed in the party members and cadres,studied and formulated the corresponding examination standards on the basis of the examination object's reflection on personal ideological problems,reviewed the cadres and members of the whole county step by step and purposefully in accordance with the principle of examination,and made the conclusion of examination and appraisal in accordance with the principle of prudence.At the same time,we have established a relatively perfect mechanism of examination and assessment of cadres and Party members,and pay attention to the selection and promotion of cadres and Party members,which reflects the party's practical and ideal requirements for cadres and Party members.Through rectification and examination,the CPC corrected the incorrect ideology and tendency of the party,eliminated the bad elements in the party,and made the cadres more united and pure,laying a solid ideological and organizational foundation for the victory of the Anti Japanese war.
