With the strong national strength and the development of the times,Chinese education,especially higher art education,gradually presents a new trend of pluralistic development.As the most important comprehensive performing arts —— dance in aesthetic education,requirements for its educational posts and the comprehensive quality of educational talents are increasing.In recent years,the first task of dance education is to train talents.As far as we can see,dance art education will bring about a rapid change of talent training concept due to the vigorous development of national quality education.In this situation,the talents of high quality dance education should not only have broad academic knowledge,moral concept and profound cultural background,but also be promoted in an all-round way The quality of personnel training education and focus on the students' professional practical ability and comprehensive quality development,to cultivate students with innovative ability and spirit,in order to meet the needs of the new era of social development of diversified ability,with dance culture view of educational talents.Therefore,breaking the inherent traditional teaching mode,mastering the foundation of systematic dance professional skills and having the comprehensive accomplishment of intermingling with other subjects under the background of the times,reflecting the educational idea of one specialized and multi-skilled,having the ability of talent diversification is the need of social development in the new era,and it is also the standard and requirement of dance talent training.I have been a graduate student in normal university for many years Dance learning and practice,it is found that dance professionals in normal colleges need to pay more attention to the cultivation of diversified ability,in order to continuously enhance the core competitiveness of society.Based on the literature of books,networks,periodicals and magazines,this paper analyzes the training trend of dance talents in different times of professional dance education in our country by using comparative research method,and further understands the current situation of teaching curriculum and talent training for normal dance majors.Using investigation and research method to sort out the present situation and existing problems of teachers' dance talents,analyze the feasibility of carrying out the cultivation of diversified ability,and explore and analyze the optimization of high teachers' dancers in the new era Diversified ability training approach.This thesis focuses on the following four chapters:The first chapter,through comparative research,objectively analyzes the training trend of dance talents from the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China to the reform and opening up to the new era.To review the historical context of the emergence and development of dance education and understand the concept of dance talent training under the needs of different times.From the perspective of social demand,the second chapter thinks that dance education in normal universities can not only stay on the teaching of professional knowledge,but also take the multi-ability of students' all-round development as the primary goal.The third chapter focuses on the broad caliber of talent training,analyzes the characteristics and problems of dance talents from the aspects of the students' conditions,professional pursuit and professional accomplishment,and discusses the feasibility of diversified ability training of dance talents in high teachers.The fourth chapter broadens the training concept of high-teacher dance professionals,analyzes the multi-quality and ability of high-teacher dance talents in the new era from three aspects: enriching the traditional teaching content,cultivating the target and optimizing the curriculum.In the new era,it is necessary to break the teaching mode of professional art colleges and establish new ideas and ideas with the characteristics of normal education.Corresponding to the needs of social development in the new era,we should pay attention to the multi-synthesis of talent training and the goal pursuit of the unity of diversified ability learning and their own professional development,so as to improve the core employment competitiveness of teachers' dance talents in society and promote the development of dance education in higher teachers in the future.
