The rapid development of the economy and the continuous changes in the social situation have made the pressure faced by employees in the workplace more and more serious,and the occupational health field that focuses on employee health has been deeply explored by researchers.From the perspective of positive psychology,this research introduces the psychosocial safety climate(PSC)as an organizational level research variable,and launches the following research.Research 1:On the basis of sorting out the relevant literatures on the PSC at home and abroad,using semi-structured interview method,using the standardized process developed by the scale,with 411 enterprise employees as the research object,we have compiled a suitable cultural background for our country PSC questionnaire.Research 2 :Using the PSC compiled in Research 1 as a measurement tool,429 employees from enterprises in Fujian,Guangdong,Hunan and other places were used as research objects to explore the relationship between PSC and work input,and further explore The role mechanism of psychological capital and work well-being in the relationship between psychosocial safety climate and work input is discussed.The research results are as follows:The“psychosocial safety climate”compiled by Study 1 consists of four dimensions: work safety commitment and support,mental health commitment and support,intra-organizational communication and communication,training and employee skill development.It has been tested and has good reliability and validity and can be used as The use of measurement tools to study the PSC of enterprise employees.Study 2 found that the PSC has a significant positive impact on job engagement.Psychological capital and work well-being play a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between PSC and work input.Psychological capital and work well-being play a chain-like intermediary role in the process of PSC affecting work input.
