The cultures of the world are interoperable and different.The same culture will make people feel a sense of identity,understand each other and communicate smoothly.But different cultures will make people communicate with others,making them difficult,causing obstacles and even unnecessary conflicts.However,in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,due to the particularity of the teaching objects,the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language not only faces problems in teaching materials and teaching methods,but also faces cross-cultural communication problems arising from cultural differences and collisions.Therefore,it's so necessary and important to study the intercultural communication ability of teachers.How to alleviate and reduce the cross-cultural communication conflicts encountered by Chinese teacher volunteers in Romania,to ensure that Chinese teaching and Chinese cultural communication are more active and effective is an important topic of this paper.Based on the previous theoretical results of cross-cultural communication,taking investigation interviews and case studies as the main research methods,this paper investigates and interviews a number of Chinese volunteer teachers on the basis of in-depth understanding of the situation of Chinese volunteers in Romania,collects and analyzes the conflicts of intercultural communication they encountered in Romania,in order to truly restore the cross-cultural communication problems with national characteristics.According to Porter and Samovar's theory,the specific cases are divided into concept cases,communication cases and non-verbal communication cases.Based on the theory of cultural dimension put forward by Holstoy,the conceptual cases are divided into two categories.Under the guidance of cultural presupposition theory,high and low context theory and language transfer theory,communication cases are divided into pragmatic presupposition,high and low context and negative transfer of mother tongue,and non-verbal communication cases are divided into time concept and space utilization on the basis of time and space theory put forward by Hall.Through the in-depth analysis and exploration of the conflict of concept,language communication and non-language communication encountered by Chinese volunteers,the cause of the conflict is the difference between cultural background and thinking methods.In view of the above cultural conflicts encountered by Chinese volunteers in Romania,this paper puts forward three measures: to improve the comprehensive quality of Romanian Chinese teacher volunteers,including the construction of a perfect knowledge base,multi-channel understanding of Romania's national conditions and culture,overcoming ethnocentrism and cultivating omni-directional intercultural communication ability;Cultivating the Cross-culture of Romanian Chinese Learner.Communicative competence includes strengthening pragmatic rule learning of Chinese learners,improving Chinese learning methods;reasonably avoiding and effectively solving cross-cultural communication conflicts,including understanding and drawing lessons from each other's cultures,participating in cross-cultural communication practices,and adopting appropriate ways to resolve contradictions and conflicts.The case study of cross-cultural communication of Chinese volunteers in Romania has brought new enlightenment to the development of international promotion of Chinese as a foreign language,they should pay attention to cultural context in Chinese teaching,combine Chinese teaching with context,pay attention to the pertinence and interest of textbook compilation,improve Chinese learners' interest in learning and simplify the teaching process.In the aspect of theconstruction of teachers and teachers,we should pay attention to improving the volunteer selection system of Chinese teachers and increasing the training of volunteer teachers,and emphasize the two-way communication of culture and the practice of cultural self-confidence in the aspect of enlightening the cultural communication.
