Cultural Position And Overseas Dissemination In Translating And Introducing Chu Ci

Chu Ci is embodied with a history of more than 2000 years since its birth.With its unique cultural conveyance,Chu Ci has been translated and spread to many countries overseas and it has been paid close attention by many scholars at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the current research on the translation and overseas dissemination of Chu Ci.On this basis,Author uses the Trans-cultural diffusion theory to analyze the different characteristics of the translation,introduction and dissemination of Chu Ci in the eastern and western countries,and probes into the reasons,then it discusses the influence of cultural position on communication effect from the perspective of the translator of Chu Ci,taking the English translation of Chu Ci as an example,this paper illustrates the important role of cultural factors in the overseas dissemination of Chu Ci from the perspectives of translators and versions.And finally,tries to put forward some reasonable suggestions based on the present situation and deficiency of the overseas spread of Chu Ci.This paper is divided into three parts.Part 1 is the introduction,which introduces the research content and significance,the research status and methods.Part 2 is the main body of this paper,which consists of four chapters.The second chapter uses the method of literature to sort out the current situation through reading,sorting out and commenting on the relevant literature,and generalizes the main situation of the translation,introduction and dissemination of Chu Ci overseas,then sums up the characteristics of the dissemination of Chu Ci in Western and Eastern countries.The third chapter used the theory of communication process,then analyzes the communication situation of Chu Ci abroad,and discusses the influence of each link on the communication effect from the aspects of the communicator,the content,the channel and the effect of the communication.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the cultural position of the translation and introduction of Chu Ci,and analyzes the cultural attitude of the translator in translating and introducing Chu Ci in order to illustrates the influence of cultural factors on the overseas dissemination of Chu Ci.The fifth chapter summarizes the enlightenment of the cultural factors in the translation and introduction activities to the overseas dissemination of Chu Ci,mainly in the aspects of the purpose of dissemination and the choice of cultural position,then trying to puts forward some countermeasures from the angle of dissemination content and mode of Chu Ci.Part 3 is conclusion,reviews the problems existing in the study of the overseas dissemination of Chu Ci,emphasizes the important value of the cultural position of translation and introduction to the dissemination of classics,and points out the enlightenment to the "going out" of Chinese culture.Reflect on the shortcomings of this paper,and pointed out that Chu Ci overseas communication areas to be further studied.
