With the growth of the net born generation, the generalization of fan status and the daily trend of fan behavior have aroused the common concern of the industry and academia. The Internet has shortened the "distance" between idols and fans, and provided convenient conditions for the implementation of fan behavior. The correct fan behavior is beneficial to the development of idols, fan groups and the cultural industry.Bad fan behaviors will directly affect idols, upgrade the fans' "scolding war",destroy the industry ecology, cut apart groups and cause cultural disorder in society. From the perspective of Lasswell's "5W",the researchers used Bakhtin's "carnival theory" and Elisabeth Neumann's "spiral of silence theory" around the identity attributes, communication channels, and effects of fan behavior."," Cognitive balance, group identification, decoding, polarization "and other related theories to study fan behavior, help to find problems, and provide ideas for solving problems.Through literature analysis, the researchers found that the development of idols at this stage mainly relies on the Internet to make stars. The fan behavior under the "localized" group idol model combines fan behavior of the Korean "trainee" training model, the Japanese "cultivation" training model, the Hong Kong and Taiwan idol model, and the "Super Girls and Happy Boys" talent show model. However, the current iteration rate of popular idols is too fast, and the idol market is becoming saturated. The behavior of fans showed the phenomenon of "liking multiple idols" and "changing idols".Fans are highly motivated, repetitive, strong in execution, and highly professional in participating in "Star Making".Fans' scattered individual behaviors have risen to orderly group behaviors, and there is a strong sense of internal identity in the fan circle.Fans' consumption and "scolding" behavior show the characteristics of group carnival and polarization. In the context of the Internet, the "silent spiral" theory has exposed more and more flaws.Fan opinion leaders have multiple identities and opinions, and their voices at key moments are conducive to the reversal of the form. The "minority" actively and bravely expresses their views through imitation, forming an anti-silence spiral.Through long-term participation observation, researchers have found that the behavior of fans is highly differentiated, and fans use different media platforms for different production and consumption behaviors. The subject of fan behavior can be divided into group behavior subject and individual behavior subject. After the fans entered the supporters' association of idols, their status changed, forming a self-organized group behavior, serving the idols more professionally, and calling on fans to participate in the activities.Fans' personal behavior subject attributes are very complex, and the fan circle has even established a so-called fan "contempt chain" for them.Among them, the actions of "vicious fan","professional anti-fan",and "stalking fan" have brought extremely bad influence to the entertainment industry. In the Internet star making mode, fans mainly use the Internet platform.Weibo and Douban have broadened the channels for fans to openly communicate information.WeChat group and QQ group became online channels for fans to communicate privately.LOFTER and AO3 provide fans with a platform for fan fiction creation.Bilibili and Tik Tok provide a video creation platform for fans.Researchers have identified the underlying reasons behind fan behavior through case analysis. The researchers used "Sina Public Opinion Pass" to organize and interpret the fandom of "Youth With You",and found that fans created the topic "Youth With You's idols' ranking are not fair" and replaced "Qing" with "Yao",which means random. This behavior is in line with the psychological expectations of fans.Through the interpretation of the annual buzzwords in the fan circle, the researchers found that fans use buzzwords not only for entertainment, but also to generate a sense of group identity, automatically distinguish the fan group from other groups, and try to avoid misunderstandings with other groups due to context changes. After combing through the entire process of supporting Jay Chou fans and Cai Xukun fans in Weibo, theresearchers found that the fans of idols born in the Internet star making model focused on the maintenance of network data, and most believed that popularity and data were highly correlated. However, this degree of correlation does not necessarily apply to "predecessor" idols, which reflects the differences between the two generations in "aesthetic","idol identity" and "star chasing mode".By comparing the cases of TFBOYS fans buying Snickers and Safeguard brand products, the researchers found that in the process of buying TFBOYS endorsement brands,"Fans who like one idol" will consider the brand's personal attention to Karry Wang,Roy Wang, and Jackson Yi.By analyzing the charity support actions of the idol fan support station for the new coronavirus epidemic, the researchers found that the fan's support mechanism has added vitality to social welfare.Fans also hope to change the "stereotype" of fans and idols by doing good deeds.Fan behavior has different impacts on idols, film and television, public welfare, and brands, exposing problems such as occupying public resources, affecting social public order, overly catering to the needs of commerce, and using cyber violence. At the same time, the influence of fan behavior on society's mainstream culture has deepened, and fan behavior has also driven the export of Chinese culture.Aiming at the above research, this article puts forward relevant suggestions on the development of fan behavior: encourage positive behaviors of fans, correct bad behaviors of fans, understand the psychological tendency of fans, play the guiding function of fan opinion leaders, and promote effective integration within the fan group.
