Rural community development of less populated ethnic groups concern about fundamental communal public goods,what’s the critical element of communal construction and development,more than common criteria of value or customs.After founded,China has formed one mode of public goods supplying in which governments are simple object,especially for the less populated ethnic rural group areas.Governmental one-object supplying provided essential material basis for these ethnic rural groups’ communal construction and development.At the same time,it can’t effectively support the internal development of the ethnic rural community along with the problems such as public goods are in short supply,or structural disequilibrium of the supplying.Therefore,with the new social and historical background,it’s a saving grace to adopt the multicentre supplying mode leading by our government,and to achieve the multi-subject of communal construction.
