The Evolution And Reflection On Governance System Of Our Country

Governance issues had always is the focus of public management science.With the"national governance system and management modernization" to promote,the research heat rising rapidly about governance issues.Under the background of market economy,the government as the market economy's macro control,should correctly handle the relationship between the government,enterprise and market,In particular,to coordinate the relationship between the government and state owned enterprises,state owned enterprises as an important subject of national revenue,and its development directly affect government revenue,and thus affect the overall development of national.Accordingly,under the background of the times that the country continue to push forward the modernization of management,combining the development of the relationship between government and enterprises in China,to study the history of the evolution of our country's governance system,is not only conducive to enrich the connotation of governance theory in our country,but also conducive to provide strong theoretical basis for our government and enterprise's cooperation,integrity development,so as to better promote the building of a harmonious relationship between government and enterprises,finally to contribute to the overall development of China.In this paper,the research methods mostly use of the system analysis methods,literature research analysis methods to have a systematic grasp for the meaning of the governance theory and governance systems.In this paper's research content,the first part briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic and combs the literature current research about governance theory at home and abroad,The second part explains the basic concepts and theoretical basis from three aspects of the governance theory,public governance and governance system;In the third part,based on the development history of the relationship between the government and the enterprise,take the time development as the clue from the different stages to summarize the development process of the corporate governance system in China,the fourth part combines with the development of the relationship between government and enterprises to discuss the dilemma in the evolution process of our country's governance system,the last part mainly talk about the real reflection for the process evolution on governance system of our country.This paper from the overall framework is relatively complete,but there are still some shortcomings,only hope that through this study can provide some reference for the study of governance issues in China,so as to promote the construction and development of governance modernization.
