The performance of the public security system directly reflects the government's management ability and service level,and directly related to the people's satisfaction with the work of the government.Taking Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide to implement the performance evaluation system of public security system,which is of great significance to enhance the performance level of public security organs and to promote the standardization of public security team.The development of police performance evaluation in China is still at the primary stage,especially in recent years,the public security organs at all levels have done a lot of research for the implementation of performance appraisal,but no matter in theory or in the assessment system,mechanism,procedure and results of the application are not accurate grasp of the concept of assessment,assessment content,assessment results and not perfect the actual situation of the deviation,the evaluation results of the use of carrier is not enough,the assessment process supervision is not in place and other issues in recent years,CSC Wuhan Public Security Bureau has been committed to exploring the scientific performance appraisal system,to scientific and reasonable objectives and responsibilities refinement and the evaluation results as the theory basis for the use of rewards and punishments,different positions of police bureau working content,examination,in order to refine the ranking,to encourage the police work potential and enthusiasm.The traffic performance appraisal work,practical results as proof foundation,to the modern new science of human resources management on the basis of the theory,using research methods of administrative management,from public security traffic bureau subordinate unit CSC Wuhan Branch of the Public Security Bureau performance appraisal status quo,analysis of the past and causes of the problems existing in the performance evaluation of public security traffic,on the basis of perfect traffic police performance appraisal mechanism were discussed in detail.Take this combing theory research with practice research method and case analysis method,reference to the theoretical and practical results of performance evaluation at home and abroad,more comprehensive,in-depth study and reflection of public security traffic performance appraisal work.And comparing with the actual case of the representative of the CSC Wuhan Branch of the Public Security Bureau of traffic police in the implementation of performance appraisal of positive changes and the accumulation of valuable experience.At last,the thesis summarizes the basic situation of public security traffic performance evaluation mechanism,in order to improve the current traffic police performance appraisal system,this paper analyzes its shortcomings and put forward countermeasures and focus is to solve the obstacles of the fundamental cause of the development of performance appraisal:assessment concept grasp inaccurate,assessment content is not perfect,the assessment results and the actual situation appears deviation,the evaluation results of the use of carrier is not much,the evaluation process of supervision is not in place of the problems,and strive to make the performance appraisal mechanism more perfect,scientific,reasonable and more audience in the majority of police officers.
