Study On Building Of Performance Evaluation System Of Traffic Police Squadron Of KF Area

In this article,make the traffic police squadron in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object.First of all,expounded the status of performance appraisal at home and abroad,the performance evaluation of the relevant theory,traffic police performance evaluation objectives,content and principles,and then analyzed the status of the Civil Servant Performance Appraisal in Traffic Police Squadron of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development.It is found that the evaluation results of traffic police squadrons in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone have little effect on the traffic police,the classification of performance appraisal posts is not perfect,the examination content is not comprehensive,the main body is single,pay more attention to the results,ignore the process and the transparency is lacking.Aiming at the above problems,this article puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the performance evaluation system of the traffic police squadrons in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the measures of the performance appraisal,it is proposed to enhance the awareness of the importance of performance appraisal,improve the squadron information construction,optimize assessment environment of the squadron,increase the openness and transparency of the assessment process as supporting measures.
