Research On The Farmers' Satisfaction About Rural Public Goods Supply In Resettlement Area

The benefit for peasant project is to achieve "successful migration,economy stabilization,co-harmony in community and affluent for peasant" as a goal.The initial policy about all governments assisted peasant in improving living condition and accelerate the development district of migration has been exerted since the benefit for peasant project had been carry out in Fujian province.Migration has been done successfully.However,we have to do more research on public goods in migration district if we want to accomplish the goal of' economy stabilization,co-harmony in community and affluent for peasant." We did a survey from 220 people which we only received 206 feedback.Through analysis and clarity the survey which selected people in north of Fujian province where the benefit for peasant project has been carried out.We can jump into the following conclusion according to analysis the satisfaction degree with the arrangement of public goods and the possible factors.(1)Lacking knowledge of peasant's needy which caused peasant dissatisfaction about supplying of public goods and inefficiency in using it.(2)Peasant are in a hierarchy and periodicity of needs about public goods and its leading a dominant position.The order of emergency demand is:drinking facility,transportation,education,street lamp,endowment insurance,hospital,agricultural,society insurance,environment,sports facilities,agricultural extension and career training.(3)Peasant's satisfaction stays the same no matter how much change in the surveyed people's age,education level,number of family member.Whether participate in public goods supply policy,feedback on needs of public goods,the cost of migration,clarification of financing,distance to the town and the number of public goods all have a strong significance.
