Research On The Performance Of Local Government Functions In Tourism Development

The report to the 19 th National Congress pointed out that as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.The people's demand is not only for good food and drink,but also for good entertainment.At present,the tourism industry has entered a period of rapid development.As a young tourist city,Rizhao has rich tourism resources and profound cultural deposits,which are the favorable factors for the vigorous development of the tourism industry in Rizhao.However,there are both opportunities and challenges in the market of tourism development.At present,in the context of the new coronavirus epidemic,how to better play the role of local governments to promote the booming development of tourism is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on abroad about tourism development,tourism development in the relationship between government and market in the government should play the role of domestic about the functions of the government in tourism development and existing problems,the government should play in tourism development of function,etc,on the basis of literature study,to Rizhao city tourism development as the research background,briefly discusses the current status of Rizhao tourism development.The government functions as the foothold,deeply analyze the government in the existing problems in tourism development function display,there are mainly the construction of scenic spots and tourism product development lack of "sunshine characteristic",Rizhao of government regulation of tourism market,the city government that is blind to the rational development and protection of the tourism resources,Rizhao tourism public service provided by the government construction lag and so on.According to the existing problems,the reasons are analyzed one by one.The specific reasons include that the government is not scientific enough in tourism planning,the government is not perfect in the supervision system and mechanism of the tourism market,the government needs to optimize the sustainable development mode of tourism resources,and the cooperation mechanism of multiple subjects is not straighten out.In view of these existing problems and reasons,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize government functions by using the theory of government functions and sustainable development theory.Mainly planning tourism development scientifically,establish brand and image;Strengthen the supervision and management of the tourism market;Pay attention to the rational development and protection of tourism resources;We will improve public services for tourism.By improving the effectiveness of government functions,creating a tourism development model with Japanese characteristics and accelerating the construction of Rizhao as a tourism city and a dynamic city,it provides a new perspective for the research on the tourism development of Rizhao and provides a practical reference for the development of similar tourism cities.
