Research On Social Management Modernization Construction Of Public Security Organization

Today,strengthening and innovating the social management to achieve the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity is the proper meaning to achieve the socialism modernization,the inevitable way to deepen reform and build a moderately prosperous society comprehensively and the essential requirement to realize the Chinese dream of great national renewal.It is not only concerned with people's wellbeing,but also the nation's future.As an important tool of protecting people's democratic dictatorship and the armed forces of national public security administrative and criminal justice,public security organization is shouldering the significant mission of striking the enemy,protecting the people,punishing the crime,serving the people and maintaining the national security and social stability.It has a profound and long-term influence on the grand vision of achieving people's peaceful life,a stable and orderly society and country that to strengthen the social management modernization construction of public security organization and to promote the level of governing by law.By literature study,survey study,theory and combination of qualitative and quantitative research,the essay summarized the concept and connotation of governance in our and western modern society,stated the key task of the public security organization,analyzed the problems and causes of it in social governance.Subsequently,taking Shandong public security organizations as an example,the essay put forward some new views and thinking in the aspects of crime preventing and controlling,administrative management,public security law enforcement and police information.Starting from the innovation and exploration of Shandong public security organizations,seven ways to realize the modernization of social governance for public security organizations were given.Combined with the benefical exploration and practical experience of the public security organization in Shandong Province,the essay puts forward three ways to realize the modernization of social management.Firstly,develop the three-dimensional information network to promote the reform,development and progress of society.Secondly,setting the people's live-hood as the dominant,deepen the reform of public security administration constantly and improve the level and quality of public service.Thirdly,carry out fire safety responsibility system strictly with the new ideas and ways to ensure the people life and property safty.Fourthly,standardize law enforcement power operation mechanism constantly to advance law-based governance in order that all the work in accordance with the law.Fifthly,promote the public security information construction by science and technology.Sixly,promote the regularized development team and provide the best treatment for the police.The last but not least,strengthen the construction of the police public relations and establish the harmonious relationship between the police and people to provide the good environment for the public security work.
