Research Of The Public Service System Constrction Which Base On Smart City

Changing the construction style is the irreversible trend of the times when the pressure of city constantly increasing with current population growth.With the explosive growth of the population,the development process of city has encountered problems about shortage of resources,environmental pollution,traffic congestion,ecological damage and other serious ones.How to solve this problem? Public service system under Smart city should be the doable answer.Smart city is the way which totally different from general city in construction,the running way and effect.I hope to break the bottleneck of city development and public service system and find a new way of the construction of future city and new system of public service,that is why I research the topic of public service system under Smart city.This paper has seven parts.Firstly the introduction part includes the background,significance and research at home and abroad is reviewed,also including the main contents and method of paper.Secondly the basic concepts and theoretical basis of Smart City and public service system are introduced.The third part introduces the current situation of public service system in China under the conception of Smart City,including the resource distribution supply and current situation.The fourth part introduces the existing problems and reason analysis in the construction of public service under Smart City and analyses the reason basing on the public service view.The fifth part introduces the reference of the construction of Smart City public service system,including the United States,Japan,EU,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Shenzhen,and Chengdu.The sixth part introduce the improving path to the future development of Smart City public service system,puts forward the basic principles and specific ways of Smart City public service system construction.In the seventh part want to show the importance of Smart City in the construction of public service and how to improve the service under the conception of Smart City and make a summary of paper then forecast the future trend of public service system of Smart City.
